Great sushi. This is my favorite sushi place to go to. Only negative, they're closed on weekends.

I've always had delicious food here and the staff, especially the lady running the shots, is so professional and good at their jobs. I appreciate having a nice spot like this in the area. The salmon over rice is >>>>

We ordered a couple of these and the tuna are all spoiled. It’s not edible anymore. Don’t go there unless you want to get a food poisoning.
The best $100
I spend 10/10

Wildly overpriced. They also take a really long time for a small order. Awful choice overall. This type of place deserves to go out of business. Franklin’s table has a lot of students and is basically guaranteed good business. And yet these people choose to overcharge… If anything, it is very much like Philly: low quality with a veneer of style.
10/10 a great time & worth flying across the country for fr fr
Love their shrimp tempura roll
This is pure utility sushi. Not much variety in fish (pretty much only tuna, salmon and shrimp), no special rolls, small pieces, and a completely pointless mushroom roll. (I know vegetarians exist, but if you're a vegetarian in Franklin Food Hall, Goldie is right there.) The taste is just ok...the tuna in the roll was a little dull in color. I gave this place one extra star for the rice/fish/avocado side in the chef boxes which was very good with the sauce they give you. I've never been to the actual Double Knot in Center City, but this offshoot isn't the greatest reflection of it's reputation.
The food is very good and the service is excellent. As one example, I clumsily spilled my lunch after picking it up at the counter and they immediately offered to replace it.
Quick quality sushi at a reasonable price.

Stopped by to ordered take out and loved it! Everything was prepared quickly and the salmon tasted very fresh. Great food for a good price. Definitely one of the best sushi places around University City. :)
Staff were friendly and super accommodating. Salmon is fresh and delicious!
I ordered a combo with 30 pieces, it came in a package that holds 10 pieces of sushi, that is, the sushi was very small. There was almost no stuffing in the sushi, if I could I would put a photo, it practically came with pure rice, this is ridiculous, a joke with the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone.
High quality fish arranged in to-go boxes for a fair price. At $27, I got 3 rolls, 6 pieces of sushi, an avocado, fish, rice salad, and edamame. 3 rolls at this quality is typically around $20 alone so I’m not sure what the bad reviews about price and quality are. Funny enough, this is actually the best quality sushi you will find in UCity, and it’s takeout.
Liked the tuna roll and shrimp tempura roll. The mushroom roll would have been better without the jam on top
