I got their “Eat Your Salmon” for $23. It was very good; the salmon was fresh and they give you a variety of dipping sauces including spicy mayo. The staff was friendly and quick. 💖

This is pure utility sushi. Not much variety in fish (pretty much only tuna, salmon and shrimp), no special rolls, small pieces, and a completely pointless mushroom roll. (I know vegetarians exist, but if you're a vegetarian in Franklin Food Hall, Goldie is right there.) The taste is just ok...the tuna in the roll was a little dull in color. I gave this place one extra star for the rice/fish/avocado side in the chef boxes which was very good with the sauce they give you....
