Doho is proof that god loves mt.airy and wants us to be happy. It's really long overdue to have a proper sit down restaurant in this part of West Mt Airy with cloth napkins, silverware, paper menus, etc... . My wife and dined here Thursday evening at 6:30. We couldn't tell that the restaurant was even open. They have some sort of extremely dark tint on their glass which makes it look like the lights are not even on inside. There were a few patrons already there when we arrived, and within an hour the whole restaurant was full. We even saw a couple of our friends here which makes us love our neighborhood even more. We started off with drinks. I got the cherry tripel beer and my wife got the black manhattan cocktail. They were tasty. I would have liked if my beer was served in the appropriate goblet/chalice glass but that's the nitpicky snob in me. This restaurant is one of those shared plates kind of places. I prefer a classic 3 course kind of meal with an app, main, and a dessert so my wife and I ordered two small plates, two large plates, and two desserts. The food was tasty. You can't pin the menu down to one style of cuisine, it borrows from many. Our dishes were flavorful, and fragrant, and spicey. Anything but bland. The dishes are thoughtful and considered. It's one of those restaurants where the chef's name should be at the bottom of the menu. I'm surprised it wasn't.

The service was lovely too. Someone greeted us when we entered, asked us for our reservation, and took us to our table. Our waitress explained the menu, answered our questions, filled our waters, and cleared our plates.

Overall, our experience was great. We'll be back often. Hopefully all the new development in our neighborhood will provide the density needed to sustain these caliber of restaurants.

Such an exciting new restaurant. Every detail carefully thought out. Tons of Veg/GF options. Perfect for the neighborhood. Half the meal I forgot I was in Mt. Airy. Can’t wait to go again.

This new spot is worth the trip. Lovely fusion food with great cocktails. Careful it often looks closed because the windows are tinted

A Culinary Revelation in the Heart of the Mt Airy. This restaurant is what Mt Airy and Chestnut Hill have been needing! This restaurant brings a level of culinary sophistication I feel is less prevalent outside of Center City. The menu demonstrates both restraint and ingenuity — technique-driven, seasonal, and globally inspired without feeling contrived. Each dish is composed with intention: the curry was deeply aromatic and perfectly balanced, while the masa gnocchi offered a unique twist on a classic with beautiful texture and depth of flavor.
The wine list is wonderfully curated — eclectic yet purposeful — with staff well-versed in guiding us toward a great pairing. Service was warm, informed, and refreshing.
This is the kind of place that elevates the local dining landscape. We’re already planning our return for some of the dishes we saw come out of the kitchen but didn’t have a chance yet to try! I can’t recommend enough.

Most of what we had was a hit! The lamb and rice was amazing. The scallop crudo was so delicious. The chicken I wasn’t crazy about, the breading fell off and I think it was a lil undercooked. The flavor was good though. Overall a 9/10. I do wish there was more variety in their drinks/cocktails.

Fantastic food, cozy attractive space, creative cocktails and helpful attentive staff. Already dined here twice since they opened a month ago and can’t wait to go back. They nail the spice level on spicy dishes, but have plenty of options for the less spice-tolerant. Even my four year old enjoyed the food. Great for an intimate dinner, a lively group, or just some drinks (including non-alcoholic options) at the bar.

We’ve been to doho twice since it opened a few weeks ago. By far the best restaurant/culinary experience in Mt. Airy. The staff are all very friendly and attentive—best of all is that it’s apparent that they enjoy working there. The individual dishes are very good! My only complaint with the food is that the menu flavors vary substantially (with either a strong mexican or strong asian twist) and don't always pair well together. It feels like the cohesion of the menu is an afterthought, but it seems like it should be a main consideration—it’s a small plates restaurant so mixing and matching is required. It’s a bit jarring on the palette to transition from a salsa crudo appetizer, to a curry pasta, to a middle eastern lamb entree. Speaking of entrees, each time we have eaten there, the staff really hypes the lamb. The lamb is good, but it is similar to lamb shank dishes you would find at other restaurants. My main issue with the lamb being so hyped is that it really doesn't fit in with the rest of the menu at all. The lamb has a pomegranate molasses/middle eastern flavor while everything else on the menu has a decidedly asian or mexican twist. The real star of the entree section in my opinion is their korean fried chicken—it’s a delicious dish that is well thought out and well balanced, and is the dish they are most known for from when they did takeout tacos. My recommendation is to skip the lamb in favor of the chicken. We look forward to returning to doho many times to come!

I tried 4 tacos- shrimp, mushroom, steak, pork. And got a side of beans.I get this is a different take on mexican- the taco shells were kind of interesting and some of the flavor profiles were ok. But my wife and i just thought everything need a little more flavorThe pre-order is fine. I like paying for fresh ingredients etc.. But I had a 545 pickup. Arrived btwn 530 and 535 and my food was already ready and had clearly been sitting as it was already stored in some type of hot closet all bagged up so the food was only warmish

It's a great place here. I had takeout for two consecutive evenings two consecutive evenings. Both times were excellent. I'm very glad I found this place. I'll suggest it to friends. I adore the chorizo rice and roast pork tacos. The cheesecake pieces tasted delicious. Very distinct flavors, excellent quality.

Center city has come to Mt Airy. This food is so exciting and tasty. Hard to believe it’s right here. Worth every penny. Healthy, fresh, surprising and delicious juxtapositions of flavors.

Great food. They have interesting combinations that are delicious.I was a little confused how ordering here works. So, just to clarify, this place currently only serves takeout and only every other Wednesday. You have to get you order in by the Friday before. This system is a little tricky and means you have to plan to order from here well in advance, but it is worth it!!
