I had never eaten here before, but since it is relatively close to my house I thought I would try it. I ordered over the Grub Hub website. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my pizza there was no one at the counter. I stood around for two or three minutes, still no one, so I sat down. Waited another 5 minutes, still nobody. While I was sitting there waiting I had plenty of time to view the truly random items that they had displayed on the shelves for sale: a leaf blower, half a dozen sky lights, a carton of air filters, plastic flowers, and other junk that looked like it "fell off the back of a truck" if you get my drift. Finally the phone rang at the front desk and someone came out to answer it. I jumped up, and to his credit he put the caller on hold and waited on me first. Turns out my pizza was sitting on the passthrough window the whole time, unheated. I drove home and began to eat a piece of this cold pizza. The very bottom of the crust was cooked, but it was not cooked all the way through. Raw pizza dough is not appetizing. Tried it, hated it, won't be back.

They never bothered to update their website nor is their phone number correct. If so, then they claim it's not a pizza place. So I went to search their business outside of YELP online and Google shared same information as well. I guess they lost new consumers, and wonder how many others never bothered to order or couldn't order!

Horrible customer service. The woman working counter was very rude And unwelcoming. She was busy scrolling Instagram on her phone and made it seem like taking my order was an inconvenience.

Another reviewer mentioned the old chef was back so I figured I'd give this place a shot again. Didn't order from this place in 8 months with the management change and it's still the same as it was before. Would be 3 stars but they provided an item not as described on the menu. Don't think its worth what they charge.

Looks like they were closed for a while and opened back up again, BUT under new management. Food needs a little updating but the chef Caesar is the best cook! I tend to only go on days that he works. I also was ordering delivery before coming in and I’m not sure what’s going on? Delivery is unavailable at times and it seems like the only driver that actually does the deliveries she had red bright hair and she was so nice and apologized for the store’s mistakes. I didn’t punish her still tipped but I never seen her again. Looks like this place is going through employees because once I wnt physically I typically see the red head and and young women with blonde hair. Seems like they get rid of the wrong people because I’ve made complaints of other employees and I still see them and banging on my door when I order ! Wth is going on in this pizza shop!?

We placed an order through GrubHub which we have done a lot in the past for this restaurant. The order was confirmed. Our food never showed. I called the restaurant and was told they are not doing business with GrubHub and they do not have our order. I called GrubHub who called the restaurant and they were told the same thing. GrubHub refunded our order. If they are not on GrubHub any longer they need to make sure this is updated. From reading other reviews this apparently is not a new issue and they still have not rectified it.

Please read reviews. This establishment may have changed ownership/management, but I placed an order through a service. I received a confirmation and two hours later still no delivery. Tried contacting the restaurant and the phone just went unanswered. Do yourself a favor. Don't order from here.I did get my refund. No thanks to Dolce.
Horrible i ordered garlic knots and chese steak Stromboli garlic knot barely have garlic on them just a bunch of watery butter Stromboli extremely greasy no sauce in it more cheese than meat smh

Guess they forgot to put ham on my hoagie so they threw a slice on top of the finished hoagie. It was a bad sandwich regardless of ham placement

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Since the new owners have taken over, quality doesn’t seem to be a priority for them. I used to order 3 times a week, and now the Pizza tastes like it was made in an arcade. Stopped in for a pick up on Friday to give them one last chance, and no one was wearing a mask, and on top of that, not a single familiar face was to be found. They’re lucky I don’t report them to the department of health. It’s a shame what happened to this place, I hope these guys get it together and start trying a little bit or this business won’t last here. You’re better off ordering from another shop around here, dolce is not the same.
