There's always something wrong with my order from this place. My marbled brownies yesterday was both thin (like less than half an inch) and raw in the middle. Like how is that even possible? Called about it, they confirmed my address, and then hung up. Called a few days later and now they don't have the order in the system, sure.
Ordered 2 pizzas. Both extra cheese, and light sauce. Unfortunately the pizza was so burnt that the crust was too hard to eat. The cheese was burnt and there wasn't extra cheese and there wasn't light sauce. The worst pizza I have ever gotten. Called them once I got to my destination and was told that they cook all pizzas for the amount of time and pizza was "made to order" but I didn't ask for burnt pizza. Told can bring it back but I couldn't, as I already got to my destination and couldn't come back there.

I ordered my pizza at 11:35 pm The receipt says estimated delivery time 11:49 PM I did not get my food until 12:45 AM. When I got the food, my food was completely cold. I tried to call and make a complaint and I got no answer. First and foremost. I had to call the store three or four times just to get them to answer in the first place. He never stated that there was the lease or anything. He just told me that my food would be here in about 20 minutes. I the food was cold and horrible so after all of that time, I couldn’t even enjoy a hot fresh pizza to make it even worse I ordered two pizzas ?

I wish I could say I got my order which was a pan pizza but as I entered one person was making pizzas with no gloves then wiped his hands on his cloths. A young lady who I assumed was also making pizzas came to the register with food on her hands to take my order. I first said I would wait til my order was ready before payment because the last straw was the guy boxing up pizzas wiping his nose then rubbing his hands together. I walked out after that. The service in some these stores are deplorable.
Don’t order from here they lazy and food wasn’t never delivered

Its unfortunate to see bad reviews because my girlfriend and i have always had great experiences. Decent prices and sizing. Best late night restaurant.

I WAS OFFERED A FREE PIZZA SO I USED MY POINTS WHEN I WENT TO GET IT... IT LOOKED OLD AND DRIED UP MY GRANKIDS ATE IT AND IT GAVE THEM DIARRHEA I GUESS ITS SUPPOSE TO BE FREE AND I PAID THE SALES TAX THEY DIDNT FEEL THE NEED TO MAKE IT FRESH SO I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

My problem is the tracker is always off it’ll say my food is on the way and I’ll call and it will still be at the store. It even happened when I did curbside it said it was done and about to come out and then I called and they said it still was being made.
