I ordered here the other day, and they got my entire order wrong. I called to tell them, and they said they were going to remake my order and send it back out. THEY NEVER DID! I called the next morning and they asked if I wanted it remade or if I want a refund and I told them a refund, and they never put it through. I’ve been trying to get my refund for 3 days, AND STILL HAVEN’T BEEN ABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE!! They’ve been doing nothing but giving me the runaround, and I will not be ordering from this location AGAIN!!

I’m surprised they got 2 stars proving points , they answer the phone and tell you to wait and give it a minute or they’ll say they’ll call back and never get a call , they are also playing with people refunds they’ll say they got it they issue one and never do. They always mess up my food too.

They used to get a bad rap but ever since the management change their service is excellent! The bald guy with the beard delivered my food. He was so courteous and the food was freshly made, delivered under 30 mins in the wee hours at that so thank you Dominoes!

Considering just ordering a medium hand made pan pizza is $30, you would think it would be, at minimum, decent. But no, entirely wrong. Wrong crust, no sauces (which I paid extra for), and cold. Site said it would take 30-40 minutes as I placed it at 8:56. Didn’t receive my pizza until 11pm. The pizza I received was a cheese pizza with onions, not anywhere close to what I ordered and now, not only do I have a nasty pizza, I’ve also wasted $30 and been told I can’t receive a refund. What?
