They weren't honoring an advertised special. Confusing what they recommended instead. What they offered would have cost me 3x what I budgeted for. I wanted pizza. Dominoes isn't my favorite but acceptable for the coupon price. Not worth the extra expense.

I recently placed an order through the Domino’s Pizza app.the woman at the store rudely informed me that the order was ready for pickup and that I needed to come and collect it myself. She emphasized that the order was non-refundable, despite it being my third or fourth time ordering from this store. This woman consistently displays poor customer service, lack of cooperation, and a lack of professionalism. Now, I’m left with no choice but to contact customer service to request a refund for the delivery fee and the tip I’ve already paid.

I like domino pizza but this time it was just right amount of good cheese not so much that makes you chew and gag sauce was spicy not sweet and the Dow was light and crispy.

Good luck if you were hoping to receive your order correctly as you ordered it. They consistently give you something you didn't order or forget to include something. They forgot something again one night so I spoke with the night manager at Domino's Pizza 5711 Ridge Ave. She told me I could come get it myself. I explained to her I'm a disabled veteran without a car right now. She said, "That's not my problem." They didn't come back to deliver the item they forgot.

This place is the worst for canceling orders! Multiple times I’ve ordered more than an hour before they close and it gets immediately cancelled. Clearly these people just don’t want to do their jobs.

So i ordered pizza from here twice over a few months. I placed a take out order for the 3rd time and everything seem to be fine. I got my delivery time was waiting on my food. How about almost an hr pass and no food so i called and they said my order was canceled because they had no driver but now they do so i can reorder smh never again will i place and order at this ghetto hut.

Ordered 2 large pizza for our contractors today at 11:30 after speaking to Lin and went over the order she told me it would be 20 minutes for delivery, ok that's fine at 12:15 I called and she said she didn't have my phone number so cancelled the order. Are you kidding me?

The girl working here sat night (09/28) was nasty and rude. I was given the the wrong pizza and it was overcooked. She told me she was the only manager on and didn't have any interest in correcting the issue. I simply asked for a replacement or credit. I paid a delivery fee and tip to just return the pizza after being hung up on with no refund. Terrible representation for the company and store.
The manager that was on would not give me her name AND she lied about being a manager at all. She was the heavy set black woman with pink glasses. She was verbally harassing me when I went to the store to get a refund. Literally making fun of me in front of the manager. Disgusting person and staff.
Do not recommend.

It may be this location or Dominos in general fault but the fact that I only 1 scoop of noodles in my pasta is annoying af. Bad enough that Dominos made the bread bowl up to owners discretion to have or not but THIS is downright disrespectful. The service was quick, I ordered online, walk in, take out. No chit chat. That’s business, I prefer it that way. The atmosphere, nobody looked like they wanted to work there but they were polite so I don’t really care about the atmosphere too much in that regard.
Parking: 4 spaces, pull in, dangerous to back out of.
