I visited Don Barriga on a casual monday evening to try some vegetarian options. Its a mexican restaurant with the classic items like quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas, along with tortas and other specials.

I absolutely adore this place! Great food, great casual ambiance, friendly staff, generous portions at affordable prices. They’ve been very accommodating of my dietary restrictions (vegetarian and mild allergies). Don Barriga is a go-to!
