This was an AMAZING experience. The donuts were so fresh and delicious- and one can’t even tell that they’re vegan. The customer service was top-notch: the guy working at the time I went in was really patient with me when I [hesitantly] pointed out that I had actually asked for 2 vanilla sprinkled donuts (vice the vanilla glazed ones he accidentally put in my box). Instead of asking me to return the wrong ones, he graciously gave me the sprinkled ones I wanted. That is TRUE customer service!!! Shout out to him as he seemed like a really sincere employee. The Pumpkin Spice Latte was AMAZING and I let him know that, too. Definitely check this spot out- you won’t regret it!!!

The paper cups are 8oz but it’s so thin it doesn’t hold for too long. Very cheap feels while holding it. “Dunking donuts” cups are thicker. I took a photo just now, Tuesday October 15th 9:30am, to proof that there’s no sign or anything that says you’re 100% vegan. As I wrote before, SCAM
A pure rip off. 1st it doesn’t say anywhere you are Vegan. 2nd, it doesn’t say you use almond/ oatmeal milk for coffee. 3rd, $4.50 for a chef’s special not even filled donuts topped with chocolate chip cookie. The cookie blocks the hole so you think it’s filled but it’s not, it’s a scam. $4.50 for 8oz cappuccino. Even though you are a local small business, I will never support you. YOU ARE A SCAM

Everytime I go I'm happy I went. Coffees are good, staff are so friendly and easygoing, I love their energy. I got a banana oreo donut today that tasted so good I couldn't believe it, I love banana flavored stuff and this hit the spot! Happy they're in fishtown.

So they often place a sign that says “be back in 5” and regularly take 15-20 mins to come back. Where are they going? I get a bathroom break, but like understaffing is going to cost you business. Skipped it today when I saw the sign.

We are from outta state & wanted doughnuts for a family birthday. The lady working stopped what she was doing to help. Very friendly. My husband said the best apple fritter he's ever had. The glazed yeast doughnut was my favorite. I like simplicity with donuts. Highly recommend for service & a great doughnut.
