This was an AMAZING experience. The donuts were so fresh and delicious- and one can’t even tell that they’re vegan. The customer service was top-notch: the guy working at the time I went in was really patient with me when I [hesitantly] pointed out that I had actually asked for 2 vanilla sprinkled donuts (vice the vanilla glazed ones he accidentally put in my box). Instead of asking me to return the wrong ones, he graciously gave me the sprinkled ones I wanted. That is TRUE...
Everytime I go I'm happy I went. Coffees are good, staff are so friendly and easygoing, I love their energy. I got a banana oreo donut today that tasted so good I couldn't believe it, I love banana flavored stuff and this hit the spot! Happy they're in fishtown.
We are from outta state & wanted doughnuts for a family birthday. The lady working stopped what she was doing to help. Very friendly. My husband said the best apple fritter he's ever had. The glazed yeast doughnut was my favorite. I like simplicity with donuts. Highly recommend for service & a great doughnut.
