I'm not a vegan, but these donuts were incredible! Probably the best cinnamon bun I've ever had and some exceptional donuts, too. The staff was great too. I will definitely be coming back when i have a chance. Highly recommended!

We love Dottie’s - I bring my 4 year old here once a week for a special breakfast date. Donuts are always amazing - great mix of basic options and a rotating cast of creative flavors. Folks behind the counter are always kind and accommodating.
It’s become a special tradition and there’s even a great little playground right across the street.
I absolutely love Dottie’s Donuts in South Philly! Even though they’re not the closest location to me, they are always my go-to. I usually order through Grubhub, but I like to call ahead first to see what’s available for the day and the staff never disappoints. They’re consistently kind, helpful, and always happy to give great recommendations.
The donuts are fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious every single time. You can tell they really care about the quality and customer experience. The team here is truly one of a kind, and they’re a big part of why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Recent (now twice), I walked to Dottie’s on South 6th St only to find it closed during normal business hours. Today (6/6/2025, National Donut Day), since it’s located in the city again, I decided to walk and arrived by 10:45 a.m. only to find the store closed again with a note on the door out of donuts. Going forward, I highly recommend calling before making a trip. Worth the trip if they’re open but seems to become more frequent.

Well I didn’t actually go in person, I ordered online because I’m not feeling too well- but the donuts are so good! very soft also i’m surprised how affordable they are especially being vegan. Thank you to Brenna who wrote on my delivery box, she really looked through the notes about my coffee, and explained it on the box with a bunch of doodles and hearts. That made me feel better after having a bad couple few days :,)

my fave donut shop in philly, for the skeptics - you can't tell it's vegan. I love yeast donuts (dunkin/krispie k fan) so this place hits the spot. They always got some funky new flavors debuting from their IG page, sometimes fun tv-show themes for all the fandoms. They sell out quickly though! I'm still determined to try their new limited dubai chocolate flavor, might need to camp-out for that one. Not fond of their current location in south street for convenience reasons, would be lovely to have one closer to inner city/broad street that's walkable for everyone.
