Double Knot Reviews
Terrible customer service. I had a reservation for my birthday. Came 10 minutes early. They had my sister and I standing by the bar in heels since the seats were full for 40 minutes before seating us in an area that our reservation wasn’t for. Delicious food, attractive atmosphere.
One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Amazing selection of small plates and shareables. Delicious!

Double Knot is a charming restaurant known for its quick service and exceptional sushi. The yellowtail scallion roll is a must-try dish. Their selection of small dishes is enough to satisfy your hunger, with minor issues like broccoli and overcooked steak. The 10 course chef tasting dinner is highly recommended, especially the optional premium 10 course for wagyu sashimi. The Japanese fried chicken is described as out of this world. The tasting menu offers a variety of delicious, beautifully prepared dishes, including scallops with truffle aoli and tender filet mignon, making it a memorable experience. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with dim lighting that adds to the vibe, though it can be quite dark inside. Service is excellent, with attentive staff and a welcoming environment. The staff’s professionalism was evident when handling minor issues like glasses with floaties, replacing them promptly. Overall, the food, service, and ambiance make Double Knot a great spot for an elevated dining experience in Philly, especially if visiting with a date or for a special meal.
