This place is no good. They charge you for pork fried rice but they don't put pork in the rice. They put two or three pieces. I called to raise my concerns and the lady clearly told me that if I buy the pork fried rice separate they put extra meat. If I buy the combo they don't put a lot of meat but then what's the purpose of calling it pork fried rice combo. After the lady heard me complain she told me I don't have to eat there. No more not to come and buy. I said that's no problem because I don't like getting ripped off anyway. Today's date is Friday 1:00 p.m. September 20th. I don't think the boss would be happy with the worker telling customers not to come no more just because they are concerned that they didn't get enough pork in their pork fried rice. There's no vegetables, no nothing in it. It's just plain fried rice and I got charged maximum price.

I stopped in, midday, and ate in-house.. Was my first time there, as I am new to the NE. I ordered sesame chicken and crab rangoon, witj pork froed rice.. The owners were nice and greeted me warmly.. They sat me down with a bowl of fried noodles and duck sauce to start. A nice touch, as I was starving! The food came out quickly and was piping hot. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. I thought I had ordered the lunch combo, but the check didn't reflect as much. I didn't argue the fact, because the food was worth it. It had been a lonng time since I last had Chinese, and I will be recommending this place and be back for more. The only part of the experience that lacked was the decor, as it could've used a few new touches. But all in all, we'll done!

This place WAS our regular spot for Chinese. Not anymore. We ordered tofu and got PORK. We are vegan. So I call to try and see what we can do to fix it and the lady is tryna say she heard pork, but then looks at our history and says we don’t ever order pork, my sister was heaving in disgust. She was more focused on trying to place the blame somewhere and when I tried to fix it she said she DOESNT do refunds and if we wanted to exchange we’d have to pay $2 MORE. So basically our options was either no refund or pay her more …. She says we were both in wrong but if that’s what you say you can’t call it even and just exchange the food!? It’s not gonna get eaten. Service was HORRIBLE, she was talking over me the entire time. They lost a customer for good. Learn better customer service. We don’t eat pork period. I never said pork. It’s your job to fix it! Not extort us for more on account of a mistake.

We order from Dragon Phoenix about two times a month and it's always strictly delivery. The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and the delivery is always quick. They have never gotten our order wrong. I appreciate that they take cards in addition to cash as well.

I dont know what happen to the food but last time I ordered was not as good as like a year ago. Fried rice was bad and no meat at all as you can see in the picture. Boneless ribs was dry and hard so that means is old. Service is awesome not going to lie but you guys have to fix the rice at least.

We LOVE Dragon Phoenix House. They always take excellent care of us especially since we order on the late-night. Our driver always calls us right before arrival which is so appreciated! The food is always perfect, everything exactly as requested, hot and fresh. Idk what these other reviews be talking about but they are for sure the BEST local spot for food around. And them vegetable dumplings are soooo, sooo good. We all fight over the last ones lol! My girl wasn't feeling too good and your wonton soup really made her feel so much better so we are really grateful for you guys! Much love ❤️

I've been meaning to rate this restaurant because they are excellent. The BEST local Chinese by far! I haven't had one thing off the menu that hasn't been delicious and super hot on arrival. Staff is always friendly and provides great service when ordering and during delivery. Delivery staff always calls before they arrive, which we really appreciate since we're on a busy street and upstairs most of the time when they arrive. We especially LOVE LOVE LOVE the Spring Rolls, Shrimp Rolls, Shrimp Lo Mein, General Tso's and last night I ordered the Fried Vegetable Dumplings for the first time and they were spectacular, I mean so so good! Slightly well done which made them extra tasty. The vegetable contents was WAY BETTER than any meat dumplings IMO. They are for sure a permanent order item for us. We fought over the last two lol. Again, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Give them a try, you WON'T REGRET IT and you definitely will become a forever customer as we are.

Do not ever order anything to the phone if the order is $52 they charge 65 and she told me that she didn’t know what happened. She didn’t wanna give me back the refund if you go to Chinese restaurant go in person do not order through the phone with debit card.
