Got the Strawberry Matcha, and it was so good! Quick, friendly service too. Would highly recommend.

Delicious coffee

Traditional Vietnamese iced coffee was off - it tasted burnt, and like there was artificial sugar-free sweetener in it, rather than normal sweetened condensed milk. Workers were nice.

I kept hearing about this cafe all over TikTok and I am so glad I went. It’s definitely small and gets very packed during the weekend so sitting inside isn’t really plausible. There is seating on the outside tho! I had the coconut matcha and it was definitely one of the best matchas I’ve ever had!

An awesome little Vietnamese coffee shop with delicious and creative drinks. I particularly enjoyed the coconut matcha but everything was good. The inside was fairly quiet, but inviting. They have free wifi, people are using laptops to work. The food looked great!

I stopped by Drip for a banana latte with matcha foam. Since the menu emphasized “banana milk,” I thought it was the natural banana milk bought at the market or see at other cafés with quality ingredients similar to oat or coconut milk. Instead, it was not a banana milk but regular milk they pumped with a bunch of artificial laffy taffy tasting banana syrup pumped in. But that’s not the issue .

The issue is when I went back to inquire since I made the assumption this was actual banana milk, the staff member told me that “you CAN’T milk a banana” and insisted ALL banana milk in general is DAIRY. I found that response unnecessarily dismissive since I clearly said I buy plant based banana milk (pictured) and have had it at other cafes. Instead of just saying they don’t have that she assumed banana milk in general is just the artificial one she grew up on. Just because something is UNFAMILIAR to her doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist especially since plant-based banana milk is widely available in stores and used in many cafés. A little curiosity and willingness to listen would have made the interaction much more pleasant instead . Just like If I asked for a coconut latte, instead of just pumping coconut syrup and adding whole milk an establishment may clarify if I meant coconut milk ?

They did remake the drink with oat milk, which I appreciated, but the flavor remained quite artificial and overly sweet. Overall, Drip offers creative drinks but relies heavily on syrups like a a Dunkin or Starbucks rather than natural ingredients like some other coffee shops . If you value quality, and thoughtful customer service, this may not be the right fit.

The banana latte goes hard! Great prices for drinks. A little small place if you decide to dine in but very cute! This will be the only coffee shop I stop by now whenever i’m in chinatown!

Stopped by Drip Vietnamese Café after lunch around 1pm and the place was packed. There was a line to the door as we walked in. It’s clearly a popular spot, and for good reason, but be prepared to wait, especially during peak hours.

I ordered the Strawberry Matcha, which was beautifully layered and visually appealing. The drink leans more toward the strawberry side — sweet, fruity, and refreshing. I usually prefer a stronger matcha flavor, but this was still enjoyable. It tasted clean and natural, like it was made with real fruit or fruit jam instead of powders.

My friend ordered the Mystery Flavor, which came out a rich purple color. It looked and tasted like ube — creamy, slightly nutty, and not overly sweet. A fun surprise if you like trying new flavors.

The café itself is small with limited seating. It has a cozy, quaint vibe but isn’t ideal for dining in when it’s busy. Takeout is your best bet. The staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed with the crowd, so expect a bit of a wait.

Overall, the drinks were delicious and thoughtfully made. Worth checking out if you're nearby and have a little time to spare.

I’m a coffee-over-matcha person any day, but this place’s strawberry matcha changed my mind. It’s creamy, a little earthy and just sweet enough; I genuinely loved it. I also tried the Drippy, which is absolutely a must-get; it's bold, rich, and on the stronger side (in a great way), so sip accordingly. I loved the vibe of the place and how unique the menu was! It's an aesthetic, bright space that’s easy to linger in, although it does fill up quickly, so arrive a bit early if you want a seat!

This Vietnamese coffee shop is a must-try if you're looking for a good pick me up! When I went, it was a lot busier than I expected, but the wait wasn't very long. They do have some seating and tables here, but it isn't much and mostly for grab-and-go.

We tried their ube, ube & pandan, and vanilla coffees and they were all delicious. My issue with Vietnamese coffee is that sometimes it's too strong and makes my stomach hurt, however, this was okay!! Moreover, their foams were creamy and full of flavor. Loved it and would definitely come back.

The vibe here was cute! They decorated their interior to have some Vietnamese vibe while still having a modern look to it. They also had some free stickers with their logo, if people are interested.
We got the Banana Latte and Pandan Lover. Both drinks tasted delicious! I personally liked the Pandan Lover because it tastes like real Pandan and it wasn’t too sweet.
Be aware that there is a 3% fee for using credit card. I ended up using cash to pay.
