I have been going to this location for years and it’s the only one I go to. Staff are pleasant. Bacon egg and cheese or sourdough sandwiches are the top orders, if not doughnuts or iced coffee. Location has some seating.

0n 3/13/2025, I went through the drive-thru pick-up window for the first time. As I slowly pulled forward to leave, there were three cement poles in the driveway and not on the curb, like everywhere else! One of them was right next to my driver's side window in my blind spot, in front of the A-pillar. It ripped off my side view mirror and scratched and dented both left doors. I got several estimates for at least $2,000 in repair. I am quite upset, since I only have liability coverage on my insurance. I called corporate and I was advised that these stores are individually franchised. I was told that the owner would call me and that didn't happen. The number to the store disconnects.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

It’s ok, but as many it just small. I never had issues with my order before and I got just xl hot chocolate without whipped cream. And ig drink can’t be filled to the brim and I’m ok with that, but I was missing bit too much. Ig inflation be hitting them too lol.

Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be one of my favorites … I order through the app and they never have the ingredients to make my coffee. The past few times, I ordered latte and got regular coffee. That would be fine, but I pay extra for a latte and almond milk. Then, they don’t want to give a refund and trying to get one through the app is like pulling teeth. Ugh
Came at 8:05 when it says they close at 9pm. Just for them to say they are closed.

Some of the staff are friendly and other than that what can I say it's Dunkin' Donuts a bit pricey anymore. Most of the staff is friendly ran into one yesterday morning who looks to be Ukrainian or something the rest of them are Indian I bought two Donuts and she's looking at me and looking at the tip cup like I owed her something bad enough I paid almost $3 for two Donuts I'm not tipping you

I stopped going to this Dunkin because they got my order wrong lots of times and deducted 900 points from my app for an order mistake they made. When I asked them to add back the points they said ok it'll show up after 24 hours but it never did. I went with my daughter today, first time in a couple of years and again they gave us the wrong order. We only noticed when I got home so I had to go back there. They fixed it but I had to leave my house again and take extra time. I wanted to tell the manager they need to be more careful but the manager would not come speak with me.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff kept talking among themselves. I asked who was working the counter and a guy asked what I wanted and walked away. After another waiting period I finally got my mocha latte that had no whipped cream and no flavor. Stay awy from this one.
