Every time I come to this dunkin they always mess up my order doesn’t fail especially when you look forward to your morning pick me up. So frustrating!

your grilled cheese is truly the most horrible thing I’ve ever put in my mouth and i genuinely can not think about it without gagging. your bread is soggy and tastes like juice from a trash bag. they used to be pretty good but now it’s inedible like i really dont know how you manage to make such a bad grilled cheese its the easiest thing to make like just take it off the menu at this point

I have been going to this location for years and it’s the only one I go to. Staff are pleasant. Bacon egg and cheese or sourdough sandwiches are the top orders, if not doughnuts or iced coffee. Location has some seating.

0n 3/13/2025, I went through the drive-thru pick-up window for the first time. As I slowly pulled forward to leave, there were three cement poles in the driveway and not on the curb, like everywhere else! One of them was right next to my driver's side window in my blind spot, in front of the A-pillar. It ripped off my side view mirror and scratched and dented both left doors. I got several estimates for at least $2,000 in repair. I am quite upset, since I only have liability coverage on my insurance. I called corporate and I was advised that these stores are individually franchised. I was told that the owner would call me and that didn't happen. The number to the store disconnects.

It’s ok, but as many it just small. I never had issues with my order before and I got just xl hot chocolate without whipped cream. And ig drink can’t be filled to the brim and I’m ok with that, but I was missing bit too much. Ig inflation be hitting them too lol.

Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be one of my favorites … I order through the app and they never have the ingredients to make my coffee. The past few times, I ordered latte and got regular coffee. That would be fine, but I pay extra for a latte and almond milk. Then, they don’t want to give a refund and trying to get one through the app is like pulling teeth. Ugh
