I get a pretty specific custom beverage, which does not allow me to do on the app. Every Dunkin I’ve been to has never had an issue adding the 1 single pump of flavoring for me. The worker that I asked refused when I asked and stated that she isn’t allowed to.

The atmosphere is good. The drink tastes good but we asked for less ice and they still gave full ice. We understand that they can't fill the cup all the way if we ask for less size, but we asked for less ice. And if that is the case, can't they just charge us an extra $0.50 or dollar for the extra food when we want less ice? A little annoyed.

Very disappointing experience. The new employee at the drive-through was extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s honestly shocking that someone with that attitude would be hired to work in customer service.

**Absolutely horrible experience**
I order the same Chicken and Roasted Pepper Dunkin' Wrap and 2 orders of hash browns every morning on my way to work for $8.61 at the drive through at 2201 Penrose Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145. Yesterday, for the first time in years I was shorted 1 hash brown. No problem, I figured I'd resolve it today. I take the trouble to walk in and explain I was accidentally shorted 1 hash brown yesteday and would appreciate them making good on it today. Well this woman who I presume was the manager or owner says you must come right back to the store. I explained I don't eat my food until I arrive at my office and didn't realize it until then. I certainly can't clock out of work, drive back to make good on my purchase. She then complained I needed to call them yesterday. I explained, as I'm there 5 days a week I figured it wouldn't be a problem. She said she couldn't help me. I explained if that's her position I'll never order here again, over a $1.39 missing hash brown. She ignored me and I yelled she's an idiot losing a customer of a mistake they made. I did the math. $8.61 purchase for 5 days a week, 52 weeks a year is over $2,200 annually. Penny wise and dollar foolish as I'll never get so much as a napkin from them ever again. I'll also send this information to Corporate so their aware of what their franchise is doing locally. I'm sure I'm not the only complaint. How stupid over a $1.39 mistake THEY made.
