Today and yesterday getting coffee the Chinese Manager always talking smart and offensive to her employees which is not good and also she sounds Racist to people of color this establishment is not for well educated people Dunkin Corporate needs to investigate what’s going on is this lady problems with her employees treating them like they are slaves not cool won’t be coming here anymore

I am in this store frequently (they're right by my job and my boss has a Dunkin addiction, lol). Anyway, I love the service here, especially by the manager on the morning, and the malr employees on the afternoons and evenings. The couple of times I have ever had to have them fix a mistake, they did it quickly, and with a minimum of attitude (though both times, it was young women who gave me attitude, the young men were sweet and apologetic). The only thing I would say needs improvement is the lobby needing to be cleaned properly.

Nice staff, ignorant manager yelling at the young man who was helping me. I told her he was in the process of helping me and she mumbled for me to mind my business. I told her I heard what she said and she told me to have a nice day. She doesn’t belong in the service industry.

That crew is one of the best, the manager brings a pleasant energy to your morning, she knows Everyone's order and Her staff follows her enthusiasm. I am there at least 2 daily. They even offered to deliver our coffee, I work across the street.

Terrible management and ran by someone very stubborn, manager is named vita and she is potentially the most corrupt person you’ll ever meet. Treats employees very poorly and only does things that benefit herself. She doesn’t get the proper materials for the store and tells employees to serve caffeinated coffee when they specifically ask for something like decaf. Sounds like a hazard for anyone who cannot get too much caffeine for themselves. Let me emphasize once again, Vita treats her employees with utter disrespect and disgust. She is probably bipolar by the way she always has a change in attitude. Fires anyone for absolutely no reason and makes very inappropriate and very offensive remarks about her employers and about customers. Ask anyone working there, working under her is absolutely disgusting. Once again, Vita is not mature enough to be able to handle let alone manage a store.
