This review is for the Dunkin Donuts in the Amtrak 30th & Market St. location!!!
The food was disgusting!!!!!! The hash browns were burned!!! The breakfast sandwich I had was bacon egg on a croissant and the egg tasted like day old and the bacon was just plan disgusting and the bread was burnt!!!!
Save your money. The coffee was good. But please don't buy food here unless you're willing to waste your money.

SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWNOne worker on a Saturday who said there not serving food wile there just sitting watching videos on there phone plus the coffeee wasn’t even drinkable it taste super old and I don’t understand how Dunkin’ even cares of holding standers this disappointing quality of this place is so bad it’s not even a question why this place is closed on a Sunday. Do not go to this location your food will not be up to standards

This is not the 7th & walnut location on the app.. you have to go to the subway. Avoid that one at all costs
Very slow and constantly gets orders wrong even when they repeat to back to you.
Horrible service, super lazy staff, when you order it takes a long time to even get your food. This is the worst dunkin donuts i’ve ever been too. On top of that i ordered a bagel, the man who was making the food was touching raw bacon then decided to pick up my bagel with the same gloves be had on touching the bacon, first off i dont eat pork at all its against my religion and second of all its cross contamination and disgusting. I dont recommend eating here.

I’ve been to this Dunkin once and the service was pretty good but I will say that it is rather hard to find because of the fact that this Dunkin is in the MFL train station but yet there’s also a storefront Dunkin right on the corner before you even go into the station so in most cases especially when ordering through the Dunkin app one would assume it’s being sent to the storefront Dunkin rather then the terminal one.I really don’t know what the point was of having these two Dunkin’s so close to each other but hey what can you do about it?♀️

I’ve been stopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts for about a week now on the way to work. I’ve noticed Latika is always very aware of her customers coming in and out of the stores. It’s always different experience when you just aren’t a # especially when it comes fast paced places like these. Such customer service deserves recognition. Thank you all and especially Latika!

The location at the corner of 7th and market is literally the worst, the staff is super lazy and vary unprofessional. Plus if you order ahead on the DD app it’s will transfer your order for pickup to the DD location inside Mellon Independence center instead of the DD on the corner of 7th and market so be aware of that. I literally watch the manager tell the customer that she had to go to the other location to pick her order instead of accommodating her for the mix up and try to find a solution to the problem, but no they rather treat customers like tourists. What a shame…

I’ve ordered a Large Mango Pineapple Lemonade Refresher on their app. And the workers told me that I didn’t which I did, I showed them the location and they didn’t believed me. PLEASE GET SOME NEW WORKERS AT THE COUNTER.
