I’ve been to this Dunkin once and the service was pretty good but I will say that it is rather hard to find because of the fact that this Dunkin is in the MFL train station but yet there’s also a storefront Dunkin right on the corner before you even go into the station so in most cases especially when ordering through the Dunkin app one would assume it’s being sent to the storefront Dunkin rather then the terminal one.I really don’t know what the point was of having these...
I’ve been stopping at this Dunkin’ Donuts for about a week now on the way to work. I’ve noticed Latika is always very aware of her customers coming in and out of the stores. It’s always different experience when you just aren’t a # especially when it comes fast paced places like these. Such customer service deserves recognition. Thank you all and especially Latika!
This place is actually open. And I don't love hating on service employees but both times I've come in here I've had to repeat my order like 10 times (and it's usually an iced coffee and a sausage croissant sandwich minus the croissant which I get can be confusing but many DDs do this).
