The cashier looked at me ignored me. I had to wait for someone else to help me. Then after i order I went go show my receipt she just ignores it and just yelling the number. She didn't even verify it just said this is yours. Then gave me a bacon egg and cheese that was cooked in lava because it is so over done that even the the vanta black color would be jealous of it. I tired a bite of it I could taste the sand of Egypt in the bite itself.

The staff are sort of rude in this location. They dont speak directly to the customers; they speak to another in their language (which usually I do not mind, but when a customer is in front of you and you turn around talking and talking; its kind of rude).They were also rolling their eyes alot at me. They removed the tables to dine in. Just gives you the feeling of take your meal and go. Also got charged $5 extra on the $6 meal, and they only gave me the sandwich no mini hashbrowns... It's the first time I had a problem in this location.

Morning coffee runs are a breeze here—fast service, great coffee, and those donuts are impossible to resist. The staff always brighten my day with a smile. It’s my go-to spot for a quick breakfast.

I bought a cinnamon rasin bagel that feel like it is a week old. Why would you give someone that for $3.56. That is just horrible.
I’ve visited Dunkin’ locations all over the country, and this one was hands-down the worst. I walked here—unfortunately—and was met with some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. If you’re in the area and thinking of stopping by, do yourself a favor: keep walking. There’s nothing here worth the attitude.

Good Evening Google Family. This is the worst Dunkin location that I have ever patronized. The employees who work here do not speak to you and they look at you funny as if you have a problem. NO ONE IS KIND HERE!!!! NO one said hello or please or thank you here. SO HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I asked to use the rest room and they said no rest room available, when there was a rest room, I saw it and it said gender neutral. These people just didn't want me to use the rest room, even after I had purchased something, a small decaf coffee. I wanted to give this establishment zero stars, but the app won't let you do that. STAY CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION OF DUNKIN!!! I would eat and drink MUD before I came here again!!!!! Good night Google Family and don't forget to work out, be fit and FABULOUS!!!!!

My morning was going great order to drinks online with mobile app, I can say when I finish order I want over my list to mango rfsr. I get there I said excuse me I order to mango the owner of the store yelling like she always do screaming at the employees there you didn't order that. I said even if I didn't order that can you just change the drink she still screaming and talking to me any kind of way so I told her I'm not getting nasty with you, I will be going to corporate she yelled go ahead they not going to do anything to me. It's really sad that customer service is know longer important. She needs to be coached on how to speak to her employees, customers.

I went there at 6:15 am on a Sunday and asked for a toasted evening bagel with cream cheese. I particularly told them to give me a fresh bagel because they gave me a hard rock bagel couple of times. Guess what! They gave me an old hard rock bagel. I couldn’t eat it I threw it in the trash. The people that work there act like they don’t understand English when you try to complain. I’m very disappointed and going to call the headquarters corporate so they can do something about this.

I've been a longtime DD fan and have been to many locations. I recently started work in this area and added this location as my favorite; I'm undoing that. I placed a scheduled order—I've never had an issue before. I arrived at the suggested ETA, waited for my order, then the manager was brought to tell me they couldn't find it. Even after showing them the order through the mobile app, they still couldn't fulfill it. It was the right location, by the way. Thirteen minutes wasted from my break. This location will be a no-go. The manager even said I shouldn't place scheduled orders there; then what is the point?
