The food is what it is, but the service is slow, and the atmosphere is nice & clean. However, with the amount of homeless and drug addiction, it brings down the mood in going in to purchase for me.

When I ordered, I asked twice if my iced beverage could be blended. She said yes. Maybe she didn't understand that I meant I didn't want large chunks of ice (wanted them blended like a Frappuccino). Since they do not have any system of letting you know when your order is ready, someone stole my drink (Since their drink wasn't left behind I assume they just took mine). I waited fifteen minutes while the teenagers in the corner cursed and messed around. By the time they acknowledged my drink was gone and remade it, it wasn't blended. Between the frustration of the yelling teenagers and me having to my drink taken, I was overstimulated and didn't have the patience to explain that my drink was wrong. I left without my drink and went to Starbucks.

Employees were too busy joking with each other rather than attending to the four customers. There was a wait for decaf coffee, people drink decaf coffee throughout the day. Thank goodness I don't frequent that store.
