These people are awesome. Ignore the other reviews. They’re just hungover or don’t know how to deal with service employees. Often times the staff would give me free donuts just for smiling. Maybe people need to have a better attitude

Service was like clockwork and very polite. My order was right but I didn't appreciate the preparation, took the spoon out the solution and I saw something drip off from it right it after andcused to stir my beverage. So I would suggest tapping it or rinsing it off or having the spoon or stirrer in a solution that water is consistently running just enough to keep it clean. I have a condition and I don't want whatever was in that solution from previous uses or the solution itself as part of my beverage. That's not what I ordered and a few extra seconds or don't stir it at all. You all don't have to stir all beverages especially when it is contaminating the drink.

Worst service ever. Got my order wrong and still charged me for the wrong and more expensive order. My order was $2 and they charged $6 unacceptable business practice
Probably consistently the worst Dunkin you’ll ever find. It’s convenient in the morning since it’s in Jefferson station- you can order ahead to pick up for your walk to work when you’re off the train. But the order is almost never correct. I order ahead for the same thing every day- a breakfast sandwich and a side of hash browns. Half the time there are no hash browns so I have to try to flag someone down to get them, and wait while they make them. The other half of the time the sandwich is made wrong- it’s been missing the egg, the cheese, and the turkey sausage. After giving them 4-5 months to get better, and still consistently getting it wrong, with no way to remedy the errors, today I’ll go to one of the others on my walk- this place is terrible.

It’s my first time came to this Dunkin donut place i decided to order “12 donuts” for my families and nieces because they love donuts. So I came there and order it. And after I got home I found out that they only gave me 11 donuts instead 12 donuts and they charge me 12 donuts idk what to say but always check your box when you purchase something because I had some stuff carry on my hand so I didn’t really check, if anyone does purchasing anything like a box of 12 donuts or munchkin I recommend check before leaving because this is unacceptable.
