Service was like clockwork and very polite. My order was right but I didn't appreciate the preparation, took the spoon out the solution and I saw something drip off from it right it after andcused to stir my beverage. So I would suggest tapping it or rinsing it off or having the spoon or stirrer in a solution that water is consistently running just enough to keep it clean. I have a condition and I don't want whatever was in that solution from previous uses or the solution itself as part of my beverage. That's not what I ordered and a few extra seconds or don't stir it at all. You all don't have to stir all beverages especially when it is contaminating the drink.

Probably consistently the worst Dunkin you’ll ever find. It’s convenient in the morning since it’s in Jefferson station- you can order ahead to pick up for your walk to work when you’re off the train. But the order is almost never correct. I order ahead for the same thing every day- a breakfast sandwich and a side of hash browns. Half the time there are no hash browns so I have to try to flag someone down to get them, and wait while they make them. The other half of the time the sandwich is made wrong- it’s been missing the egg, the cheese, and the turkey sausage. After giving them 4-5 months to get better, and still consistently getting it wrong, with no way to remedy the errors, today I’ll go to one of the others on my walk- this place is terrible.

It’s my first time came to this Dunkin donut place i decided to order “12 donuts” for my families and nieces because they love donuts. So I came there and order it. And after I got home I found out that they only gave me 11 donuts instead 12 donuts and they charge me 12 donuts idk what to say but always check your box when you purchase something because I had some stuff carry on my hand so I didn’t really check, if anyone does purchasing anything like a box of 12 donuts or munchkin I recommend check before leaving because this is unacceptable.

they're very nice people, open at 6am not 5am, always poppin, always lots of mobile orders, don't rely on it if you are rushing for a train though haha

Watched a customer hand a clerk a dollar and he received a quarter in change . Then clerk filled a bag with several donuts and he walked away. Next customer ordered a strawberry drink, clerk rang up the purchase as as a single munchkin for 25 c.....received 20.00 and had 19.75 due back. Clerk gave back 14 dollars and change to customer and put the remainder in his pocket... I just looked at him and said how much for three donuts and he said it would be 8 dollars... I said you just gave away a whole basically and the stole 5 dollars from the store. He then said ok 4 dollars, how is that ? I said never mind and then he grabbed the previous receipts I was looking at and put them in his pocket...This guy is nothing more than a thief. I will be making good on my promise to report it to the proper people.Yes, I paid the proper amount of 5.56 for my 3 item purchase.Would not recommend this location at all.

I asked, “does the frozen coffee have any sugar in it? Or is it unsweetened like your iced coffee?” They answer, no sugar. 5$ later one Taste and I know it’s loaded with sugar. I check the website while waiting for my train: first ingredient is sugar syrup. I’m a type Ii diabetic! I want my money back!!!
