Not sure why this place is using a 1980s transistor radio connected to a PA system but it is straight up OBNOXIOUS. I just wanted to sit and enjoy my coffee and donut for five minutes but the insanely loud STATIC coming from the speakers made that impossible. I asked staff to attempt to fix it but they insisted they could not. Huh.

This store hardly ever opens up on time. Even when the employees aren't late they will still let you wait outside until they open 15 minutes late. They are never ready at 5 am during the weekdays. This is why I end up walking to the Chestnut St. Store which is a little further for me, but they are always open on time there.

Love the manager and workers weekdays . They open on time. Workers are friendly. I am there 5am a few times a week. Correction only when the manager is there is service good. Totally mess up my order this morning. And I ordered ahead my order wasn’t ready. Atmosphere gets messed up by man asking me to buy him something. That morning manager runs the store excellent

They were yelling and swearing at each other so loudly that people outside the store could hear them. They created a very tense and toxic environment for their co workers and customers. The manager tried to difuse the situation, but they wouldn't stop. It kept going on for over 5 minutes. I asked for a tray to carry all of my drinks back, never got one because of all the commotion. Those employees should be fired for how they behaved.

Been to this location a few times now. Really quick service even on the busiest of mornings. I like how you can order either from the cashier or the kiosk.
So far, 3/3 of my iced coffee’s have been delicious! Usually Dunkin is pretty variable with their drink quality, but they do great here.
No chairs/tables here- this is grab and go only.

So all was well and dandy. But one concern is that the lady that served me the donut today. Had so much cat hair all over her uniform. Made me kinda uneasy about eating it.
