I'm giving this location 2 - 3 stars on the food and service. Ive come to this location while at work for years. I now order online so I can just grab and go. But for some reason they never get my order correct. I order a ice coffee with cold foam and Carmel swirl everytime... They always leave off the cold foam and do not drizzle the Carmel on top of the cold foam. I have to stand for a extra few minutes just for them to correct the issue. Then the girl looked at me like Carmel swirl and dumbed more Carmel syrup in my cup. I'm so displeased. They don't even be crowed because I'm there before 7. Why wouldn't you take your time to make my order. I should not have Carmel sittting at the bottom of my cup. Now my coffee is way too sweet 😩 so frustrating. Just will stick to my uptown locations at this point. Center city location do better.

I ordered medium ice cappuccino but cup was only half full 🤣 I was asking to make a new one but manager told me it’s new standard because of less ice 🤣 despite the fact that I’m using Dunkin’ every day and I’ve never seen this bulls*** in my life. I recommend avoiding this place.

Disorganized experience and poor communication. The manager was incredibly unfriendly from the start. When I picked up my coffee to gently shake it, the lid flew off—turns out, it wasn’t even properly secured. The coffee spilled, and instead of offering help, the manager gave me a nasty look and shook her head. Given she was the one who made the coffee, it felt dismissive and unprofessional. This wasn't the first time I encountered attitude from the same employee. I would not recommend visiting this location.

This is my Dunkin, the service is great, and the food and drinks are better than the other Dunkins I’ve tried in the city. I’d almost written off Dunkin in Philly before I started going to this one

Cool selection of donations! Digital ordering like at McDonalds. Then everything happens very quickly. Quality is very consistent. The coffee is good but not great. The waitress is very busy with a police officer who gets his donations like in an American movie?Here we were approached by a bizarre gentleman who told us even more bizarre stories.So all in all an exciting experience that makes the very American chain interesting! (nothing invented!)
