I went to the Dunkin on 9900 Frankford ave Dec 23rd for my usual meal and coffee.As I drank my beverage it had an odd taste and I asked the worker there what it was.He had told me to please not say anything but his Manager Kerry tells them not to waste outdated food to resell to the customers.Im keeping him anonymous but I WILL be reporting this to the Health Department!!!!Beware of this dirty restaurant

I love my cafe lattes from Dunkin Donuts but I unfortunately had the most awful experience at this drive through today! I was there at 10.45 - had to say 'Hello?' at least 5 times before somebody even answered at the drive through line and then waited over 10 minutes at the window and my coffee was still not done. There was nobody in front of me either. They charged my card for the latte that I never received and I had to end up leaving without it because I would have been late picking my daughter up from school had I waited another 10 mins or longer. I asked them to refund my money back to the card. The guy who was working at the window took my card again and assured me that he refunded it but looking at my bank account I see no refund only the charge for the coffee. Very disappointed and so unprofessional. Will never go back to this location again. I paid $4.42 for waiting in line for nothing. UNREAL!

I bought 2 iced coffees today, both cream and Splenda but the coffee tasted bitter. Added a little cream to doctor it but didn't change the taste much.
Maybe the coffee was old, I don't know what but I think maybe you should get rid of that coffee and make a fresh batch. If I tasted it then other people did too. Disappointed because I normally don't have any problems with your store.

530 AM. A friend was driving me to the train station on torresdale station, she says I’m stopping by Dunkin u want anything, I said let me get a cappuccino. We got our order and she brought me to the station. While I was waiting for the train I’m I took a sip of my cappuccino, 🤔
Something didn’t taste right, all I tasted was milk. I opened the lid to see what was inside,
I think they forgot to put something in,it’s bad when your the only car in the drive threw and the order is still wrong. 😑

Ordered through drive through they gave me a bag w a donut not the meal. Picked it up for an older Neighbor being it is 100° out when I got to her house we realized it was the wrong order drove back. They gave me the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant walked out and there was no hashbrowns in. It went back and then they gave me two hashbrowns very inconsistent

I have went through the drive through numerous times and numerous times received the wrong food. I was there 4/2 and it happened again . By the time I got to my office I tried calling and no answer.
