I bought 2 iced coffees today, both cream and Splenda but the coffee tasted bitter. Added a little cream to doctor it but didn't change the taste much. Maybe the coffee was old, I don't know what but I think maybe you should get rid of that coffee and make a fresh batch. If I tasted it then other people did too. Disappointed because I normally don't have any problems with your store.

530 AM. A friend was driving me to the train station on torresdale station, she says I’m stopping by Dunkin u want anything, I said let me get a cappuccino. We got our order and she brought me to the station. While I was waiting for the train I’m I took a sip of my cappuccino, 🤔 Something didn’t taste right, all I tasted was milk. I opened the lid to see what was inside, I think they forgot to put something in,it’s bad when your the only car in the drive threw and the order is still wrong. 😑 Video 👇👇

Ordered through drive through they gave me a bag w a donut not the meal. Picked it up for an older Neighbor being it is 100° out when I got to her house we realized it was the wrong order drove back. They gave me the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant walked out and there was no hashbrowns in. It went back and then they gave me two hashbrowns very inconsistent

I have went through the drive through numerous times and numerous times received the wrong food. I was there 4/2 and it happened again . By the time I got to my office I tried calling and no answer.

Drive thru 8 p.m. 2/16 medium decaf cream extra Splenda. Couldn't wait to enjoy my nice hot coffee on this cold windy night for my long drive. Boom! Below room temperature coffee 🤮. So disappointed. I was the only one there how can you mess that up 🤔🤷♂️

I always have a great experience at our D&D , the kids there are very nice and do a nice job. I always do drive threw , I usually get breakfast sandwiches, or donuts. hot chocolate, or latte chocolate 💖 D&D

gave me 3 pieces of bacon, for 4 dollars! half the bag was filled not even half. unbelievable. took 15 mins to get my food too, there was no one even inside or by drive thru.

I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.
The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!
I got the loaded hashbrowns, egg white and veggie omelette bites, and a turkey sausage wake-up wrap. all delicious!
