Really bad costumer service

They don't use Dunkin croissants here. Absolute rip off.

I asked for a large matcha and I got more ice then actual matcha. I recieved it frozen .... never asked for a frozen matcha. Wanted to see how much matcha was actually in my cup ... so I poured it out if the dunkin cup and into my yeti. As I expected... barley any Matcha and the Dunkin cup is all Ice.

I haven't wrote a review in a while, because I usually don't complain but this place was pretty bad. I wish I had as good of an experience as the rest of these people but I didn't. I just want to point out that they are very rude at least to me and they were extremely deceptive with the cost of my items, I ordered a mango lemonade refresher, and a bagel. I asked them the price and they charged me a dollar extra on each item. They also gave me a green tea mango refresher, which has caffeine and I cannot have caffeine. The employee was on their phone the entire time, and looked like they could care less about the customer, I had to repeat my order quite a few times for the employee because they were distracted. The employee also was in a bad mood and messed up my order, they also refused to give me a receipt after I asked because they threw it out instead of asking me. I am very displeased with this visit and I hope that they can improve their store.

It just didn’t taste right all it take your time making a sandwich I don’t care how long it take as long it good try

Please do the math on your order. They are very deceptive with the taxes and the pricing. They may not be doing it on purpose. However, please calculate your coffee on your own or they will stiff you for $2 or more.

Seems like there always out of something , napkins,sugar packets, etc,sorry dunkin..your breakfast sandwich,s are the worst.

I don't really buy too much food at Dunkin but the coffee is always the way I order it so I never have a problem at this Dunkin

Time to make the Donuts! Shame because the donut I like, they did not have made!! How in the world do you NOT have the regular chocolate frosted donut?!?! Sometimes the people who work in the Dunkin side are nice, sometimes, meh, they are a little inconsiderate...everyone has bad days.

The staff attend to customers quickly even though they were crowded. The food was fresh and tasty.
