Young woman worker was extremely rude. Ordered online and sat at the drive through window, instead of politely saying could you please go back around and tell us your order through the speaker, she said "go back around" and slammed the windows in our faces. Willing to admit our mistake; however, that kind of response and behavior was unnecessary considering we were the only people inside or outside of the store. 3rd time I've gone to this Dunkin and had trouble with the staff. The young male worker who handed me my drink was very polite and explained the normal routine to us though.

This is my local Dunkin, I've been going here for over 10 years now. But whoever the older Indian woman with the attitude is that works drive thru on weekday mornings now, has made me finally decide to just go to the one on grant from now on. When I was 17 (2016) two addicts (from the methadone clinic) fought on top of my table while I was eating, and I still came back, but this woman in the mornings now is so insufferable that I'm just done. My first experience with this lady was a couple months ago. I placed a mobile order, like I do every morning, to get the points. When I approached the window, she wasn't looking and tried to hand me a large iced coffee that was not mine. I ordered a hot coffee. So I didn't reach for it. Because she wasn't looking, she just released it and it exploded all over the outside of my car. Gross. But I understand people make mistakes. Fast forward a couple weeks, I placed my mobile order, arrived about 3 mins later (I place it in my drive way and live a few blocks away), pulled up to the speaker and said my name, this lady goes "YOU NEED TO GIVE ME MORE TIME" excuse me? If I placed the order at the speaker you'd literally have less time. It's 1 coffee. What is the reason to yell that at a customer? Fast forward to today, my final straw. I placed my order at 830, arrived at about 833, but there was a long line so I did not reach the speaker until 838, when I said "hello, mobile order for Katie". This lady tells me there isn't one. I said I'm looking at it now, it's 1 iced coffee. She keeps insisting no then asks me to read the address. I read it, and told her I placed the order at 830, then it she replies "oh, why didn't you get it then". I said "???I'm here right now I've been waiting in this line". It was so rude, so much attitude, for literally no reason. then a different woman handed me my coffee when I got to the window. I'm honestly scared she spit in it considering how rude she was to me today and in the past. I'm done being talked to like that in the mornings before work, I've worked customer service before, it's not hard to be nice. and it also makes NO sense that one day she's yelling at me to give her more time, then another day she's telling me my order doesn't exist because I placed it 8 minutes ago and didn't get it yet. A weirdo. Get someone else on the speaker before someone gets real mad and sends their coffee back through the window at this lady's head.
Best. Iced. Coffee! This location is SPECIAL. There's no better service anywhere!
