10-19-2024 I went to Dunkin this morning and ordered a larger caramel hot coffee with almond milk. When I received my order it said it was a hot coffee with caramel and cream (I’m also lactose intolerant) so I went back to see if they could fix it but the lady at the drive through window said she would not take the wrong order back and switch it for the correct order if I didn’t pay for it again. I’ve been going to this location for a while now and never had this problem. I didn’t mind paying for the coffee, but I do mind having to pay for something I didn’t order. Dunkin please do better. Thanks.

Night shift guy super rude disrespects customers. Today's date June 5th 2024 10:25 PM. I ordered 2 strawberry refreshers when I got them it barely had a color and tasted as regular green tee with bunch of ice I told this guy hey this is not a refresher he said that is not his problem and he won't make a new one and told me to leave. I love this store but every time it's his shift I won't but anything from this store.

I absolutely love this dunkin donuts, I've been coming here for a few years now and they've always got my order right, it's always fast pace at the drive thru... I consider the staff as family seeing them every single morning literally knowing my order and even if I want to change it up they remember next time!!!
Jewish customers are not welcome at this Dunkin, located at Grant and Bluegrass (in the Giant shopping center). Antisemitism is up 400% across this country due to these slanderous, hateful lies. Stopped on Saturday morning. Was immediately greeted at the drive thru speaker by a homeless man asking for money. then was yelled at by the lady on the headset because we couldn't understand what she was saying to us.
