The Lady that works the morning shift now is rude and slow. Cars are now lining up close to the lights and busy roads which never happened before. Got there at 5:54 am and didnt get my order till 6:27 am. Plus, when you get to the window, she ask clueless and when explaining nicely, she rolls her eyes. She would say a completely different order and I would say” Oh no it’s a mobile pick up for____.” And she rolls her eyes and walks the opposite direction while I'm staring at my order with my name on it that I just said. I work in customer service as well and get flustered, but to roll my eyes and not apologize is unreal. Won’t be at this Dunkin anymore.

Overnight window lady rude. Been recording each negative encounter for HR with time stamps. She's terrible under pressure also. The rest of the staff, AMAZING!

I’m shocked to see all the negative reviews this place has gotten. This is my favorite Dunkin of all the ones I’ve been to. The employers are very kind and efficient, 9/10 they get my order correct and if they don’t, they will correct it no questions asked. I am a regular there so they know me by name. I will continue to come to this location.

I was a little disappointed I visited this location late in the evening, the clerk/employee was rude, gave me a Bagel that was as hard as a rock, piled with cream cheese, and my iced coffee was bitter, over-brewed, and not made correctly.

Came here few times and every time they keep doing something wrong or mess up my order Asked for less ice one time and my cup was more than 80% ice. Other time I asked for cookie butter cold brew that comes with cookie crumbs, and got my drink with out the crumbs, drove back to the drive thru and asked why I wasn’t notified that there were out of cookie crumbs. The employee replied oh we’re out on crumbs🫨 Hopefully next time I stop by, the employee could do more effort on the customers orders cause most of us pay to get the right order we desire to start off the day right.

10-19-2024 I went to Dunkin this morning and ordered a larger caramel hot coffee with almond milk. When I received my order it said it was a hot coffee with caramel and cream (I’m also lactose intolerant) so I went back to see if they could fix it but the lady at the drive through window said she would not take the wrong order back and switch it for the correct order if I didn’t pay for it again. I’ve been going to this location for a while now and never had this problem. I didn’t mind paying for the coffee, but I do mind having to pay for something I didn’t order. Dunkin please do better. Thanks.

Night shift guy super rude disrespects customers. Today's date June 5th 2024 10:25 PM. I ordered 2 strawberry refreshers when I got them it barely had a color and tasted as regular green tee with bunch of ice I told this guy hey this is not a refresher he said that is not his problem and he won't make a new one and told me to leave. I love this store but every time it's his shift I won't but anything from this store.
