1 if I can I would give them -negative stars due to me coming in 5/6 days out the week I get the $6 meal with cream cheese and The hash browns crispy 3 times this week it self I didn’t get cream cheese on my bagel nor was my bagel toasted and the cashier was on video chat while trying to help I wait over 22 minutes for my food to be made right thanks you lost a loyal customer the name of the associate that got me mad was Chelsie Kelce I’m not to sure on how to spell it but do not come here

Had to repeat myself 4 times on my order the girl looked Indian I could barely understand her I asked for one drink with extra flavor the other with regular. they charged me twice for extra flavor pumps and both iced coffees tasted with no flavor so they charged me twice and didn't add the extra flavor. Not the first time they screwed my order up last week I asked for avocado toast with no seasoning I got bacon and seasoning. Avoid this location.

Customer service is horrible not to mention they can’t understand English correctly so your order will come incorrect ‼️ When you ask to correct your order they don’t want to fix it but rather tell you they will refund your money which is not okay if your didn’t understand the order and made a mistake on the order witch is okay no one is perfect . When I went into store to speak to manager and get my order corrected the manager gave me a hard time while the drive through worker that messed up my order start giving me attitude she started stating she not fixing it I begin Arguing with both of them about fixing a order they didn’t get in correct and one was wrong size Finally got them to fix my order please correct my order in as I was leaving they tell me to not come back to the store all three workers started screaming and yelling because I stated that this was the worst Dunkin that I’ve ever been in Philadelphia and they should not have people that do not understand English correctly and refused to fix the orders when they made clearly a mistake on the order and the size they continue to keep yelling for me not to come back I’m disabled I paid my daughters friend to drive me there he walked in because he could see they workers being Confrontational and ganging up on me when they were at fault not me and just rude workers all three of them They made me order over and still didn’t correct a waste of my time and money horrible experience worst DD in phila that I have ever worst experience Once my daughter came in to record them telling me not to come back they wouldn’t repeat it again but I know it’s on their camera in store I will not tolerate people that can’t understand English and disrespectful ‼️ Never gave me my receipt just a complete mess ‼️

The Lady that works the morning shift now is rude and slow. Cars are now lining up close to the lights and busy roads which never happened before. Got there at 5:54 am and didnt get my order till 6:27 am. Plus, when you get to the window, she ask clueless and when explaining nicely, she rolls her eyes. She would say a completely different order and I would say” Oh no it’s a mobile pick up for____.” And she rolls her eyes and walks the opposite direction while I'm staring at my order with my name on it that I just said. I work in customer service as well and get flustered, but to roll my eyes and not apologize is unreal. Won’t be at this Dunkin anymore.

Overnight window lady rude. Been recording each negative encounter for HR with time stamps. She's terrible under pressure also. The rest of the staff, AMAZING!

I’m shocked to see all the negative reviews this place has gotten. This is my favorite Dunkin of all the ones I’ve been to. The employers are very kind and efficient, 9/10 they get my order correct and if they don’t, they will correct it no questions asked. I am a regular there so they know me by name. I will continue to come to this location.

I was a little disappointed I visited this location late in the evening, the clerk/employee was rude, gave me a Bagel that was as hard as a rock, piled with cream cheese, and my iced coffee was bitter, over-brewed, and not made correctly.
