This morning I ordered two drinks and forgot to ask for hash browns. When I got to the window I asked if I could add one order of hash browns to my total. The cashier did not know how to add it to the order so she asked her coworker who was pale complexion and was wearing a hijab. She refused to add an order of hash browns and told me that the line was too long to do so. I had no problem paying for it with my two drinks and to pull up and wait for it as I am pregnant, and forgot to order in the first place and needed something to eat. Refused to service a paying customer because of the length of the line.

My breakfast croissant was hard, stale and dry as ever bacon barely looks warm since it is pre cooked just. And whoever was working the window had an issue getting an extra bag since the orders were for 2 separate people. All this to say this location needs to do better food and service wise but my refresher was fine. The other order was a grilled cheese bacon jam something and that was trash too stale and all the cheese was out the back of the sandwich and the one of the slices were soggy.

I’ve been coming to this dunkin very frequently for 3 years. There’s a new blonde that just started and she is absolutely treacherous to interact with. She gives insane attitude when SHE forgets food and acts like I’m inconveniencing her telling her I need the food I payed for. My friend was in the car in front of me in the drive thru and this chick forgot 3 of her items. So i told her, and then when i was waiting for her to give me my food and my friends food, she asked why I was there as if I didn’t just tell her and I’m just going through a drive thru for the fun of it. Definitely entitled and rude for someone who’s still watching training videos.

Being a Dunkin, I didn’t expect much to begin with, only rating this place bc it is beyond garbage. Gave me an iced coffee that had diabetic amounts of sugar. Drive thru employee can’t even bother to get the order right, asked me what I was waiting after handing me the coffee when half my order was still yet to be handed to me.

The staff is always friendly, morning time is extremely busy yet the staff is always kind and greets you with a smile. The manager is super nice and seems to know the repeat customers.

They have a very repulsive speech and act very cold, and I asked for hot coffee, but it was neither hot nor cold.

Both my children got food poisoning yesterday eating here and I know that cause that’s all they had smfh I’m disgusted and sick to my damn stomach
I recommend nobody eats from this place. I always come here and this is the first time I noticed mice droppings on my croissant bread, will never eat from here again.
My mom and I stopped by to get coffee and use the bathroom because we were traveling from out of town. When I arrived I was told I couldn’t use the bathroom unless I was a customer. I explained to them that my mom would be inside briefly but once she came in the employee still refused to let me use the bathroom. Also she changed her reason to the bathroom is not for customers. We tried to explain to the supervisor Queenie but was still refused. Other customers thought this was odd behavior too. I’m not sure if it was due to the area or other class and racial differences but I definitely felt singled out because someone told us they have been allowed to use the bathroom there before.
I’ve ordered from this Dunkin Donut store several times. It’s an hit or a miss. Either they get my coffee order right and the donuts wrong… or vice versa. And nine times out of ten, even if they get the selection correct, the donuts are never fresh and hot, but more like refrigerator cold and stale! Despite their mishaps, I’ve given a couple of chances for them to rectify their errors, but today was the last straw! Not only did they fail to follow instructions when making my coffee, but I received two donuts that appeared to have been nibbled on by a RAT or MOUSE! This is what happens when employees don’t pay attention and seem to careless about the customers that help them earn a paycheck. Two of the females at this Girard Avenue location, have poor customer service skills and from the looks of these donuts, one of them should have their eyes checked and the other should get a new pair of eye glasses. These donuts shouldn’t have been sold to anyone! There’s no way they overlooked the fact that a SMALL RODENT gnawed through some of my donuts. This a major violation of health codes. I wonder what License and Inspections will make of this? Imagine what might’ve happened if I didn’t notice and actually ate the donuts! I wish there was someone at this location, who’d handle customer concerns, complaints and ensure that the store was properly cleaned, but unfortunately the manager is never available! She’s probably at the nearest Starbucks… where I’ll ironically be heading back to for the New Year! Do better Dunkin!

Zero personalities. The young male at the drive-through is the only friendly one that I've encountered.
