Ordered food with only one person waiting ahead of me. 2 employees behind the counter were more involved with their personal conversation rather than paying attention to the order. Tried to brush a lot of their conversation out of my head but they really did their best to make it everyone’s business. During their conversations, the employee cooking the food started preparing the wrong order. Other woman corrected her but then continued on with the personal chit chat. Finally got my order after waiting almost 15 minutes, and found that I was charged for something I never received. Also, side note - black mold is on the ceiling and I found an eyelash in my hashbrowns.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I ordered a hot coffee with cold foam, something I get regularly at other locations with no issue—even with the $0.50 upcharge. However, the manager told me it was “against protocol” to add cold foam to hot coffee. When I asked where that policy was written, I got no clear answer.
To make things worse, instead of just giving me what I asked for (and was willing to pay for), the manager chose to refund me nearly $3 for my coffee. It felt more like she didn’t want to be wrong than actually trying to help a paying customer.
What really upset me is that one of the other employees was about to prepare my order correctly, but the manager intervened and shut it down. On top of that, after I left and got across the bridge, I realized that my food order was also made incorrectly.
Out of all the Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited, this is the only one where I’ve had this issue. It seems like common courtesy and customer service are lacking here. The only reason this gets 1 star is because 0 stars isn’t an option.

I ordered from Uber eats and whomever makes the iced coffee got a hair in my drink. The bagel was stale and the breakfast wrap smelled horrible including uncooked bacon. Only compensation is to return it.
Yes absolutely because I want you to make it again?? Disgusting.
