this place is horrible. never come here again. the cashier pressure me into getting me a bagel when i didn't want one. at 11:30 they ran out of plain bagels and croissant. they burnt my poppy seed bagel and my hash browns. the hash browns were so burnt i couldn't eat them. very disappointed. never again.
Customer service is good but you cannot use on the go ordering and as of this month you cannot even pay using the Dunkin mobile app, you can only use the physical Dunkin card. Definitely not a good thing for customer service when u have an app that you can use at any other Dunkin donuts in the airport and in the area. So I can't get any points or perks through the app at all by purchasing at this location. Definitely have lost my business

The slowest Dunkin' location I've ever been in and the employees are not friendly. They seemed to be busy with their own conversations while people were trying to pay. This staff definitely needs to be retrained to wait on people faster, we have flights to catch!
