“I have to say that this Dunkin is my favorite. I wished I lived closer because I would definitely go everyday. Since I go to the IKEA right down the road every morning, I always stop here for breakfast and coffee. The staff all know me by name and are alway so pleasant. I love that. They even know what I like which is not an easy thing. They truly are the best.“

better than any other Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff is great too. Definitely a 5-star spot.“

“Very small sized dunkin donuts building with many customers inside at times (both for mobile orders and standing in line at the register) but this place has been consistently good for me, at least. I always never had to wait too long in line and when I needed questions answered about deals or menu items, there was never any stalling for a clear, concise answer.“

“This is my neighborhood Dunkin, I've been going here for years. They've got conscientious, friendly staff, always quick with my order so I'm in, out and on my way. This is the only Dunkin that gets my coffee right every time, no matter who makes it. My daughter got me a Mother's Day treat from here recently, everything was perfect, as usual.“

“I am across the street doing laundry on a Sunday afternoon so I decided to cross the Street to visit and purchase some goodies at DUNKIN. Just got my hot sandwich with my refreshing Matcha and a wonderful customer service by the cashier that took care of me.
I know now and days we are going through things and having rough times but to be able to go into a location and make your purchase so smooth and happy with respectful and well mannered customer service is top-tier.
The location on Torresdale Avenue across the street from Tacony laundromat.“

“They are always extremely polite at the drive-thru. I always happen to have my Boston Terrier with me and they are always saying hi to him wanting to pet him. They also memorize my order after going there just a handful of times. Don't get discouraged by the area that it is in because this one will not let you down . You will leave with a smile and your order being exactly what you wanted and tasting better than you expected.“

“I am in this store frequently (they're right by my job and my boss has a Dunkin addiction, lol). Anyway, I love the service here, especially by the manager on the morning, and the malr employees on the afternoons and evenings. The couple of times I have ever had to have them fix a mistake, they did it quickly, and with a minimum of attitude (though both times, it was young women who gave me attitude, the young men were sweet and apologetic). The only thing I would say needs improvement is the lobby needing to be cleaned properly.“

“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind worker I believe her name was Zikra (I’m pretty sure it started with a Z). Every time I come by to place an order, she’s always so welcoming and takes great care with each and every customer.

I did notice, though, that it seems like she’s handling a lot of the workload herself. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but the work should definitely be divided more fairly, especially for hardworking employees like her who clearly care so much about doing a good job. I had to write this because she deserves all the recognition!!“

“I would say that this is one of the best Dunkin drive-through in Philadelphia. The staff members are always pleasant and the service is normally quick unless you are coming during rush-hour I always use this location when I’m in the area and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quick grab to go coffee and breakfast“

“I hadn't visited this particular Dunkin since the renovations they completed. Although it was crowded due to the concert across the street at the Met, the service, atmosphere and food was very good and I look forward to going there again.“

“Dunkin' is my quick, no-nonsense stop when I need a caffeine boost and something sweet. The coffee is consistent, the donuts hit that nostalgic spot, and service is usually fast even when it’s busy. It’s not gourmet, but it doesn’t need to be. When I’m on the go and want something familiar and reliable, this place does the job.“

“By far the best Dunkin around. I go here daily. The staff is super sweet. They also almost never mess up my order unlike other Dunkin’s. The one or two times that they have I’ve asked them to fix it and they were very apologetic and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this Dunkin over any.“

“The staff here are very nice and professional. I can tell that they keep up on making fresh coffee. The manager in the morning is very nice always telling me to have a good day and asking how my day is going! Its only a chain in the outside. On the inside it feels family owned!“

“This DD is good and reliable. I once ordered something that I did not know contained something I couldn't eat, both the cashier and the worker in the back alerted me. Its the extra care they showed me that really made me feel like they cared about me. I'd come back 100%.“

“Best quality of coffee in Philly, would drive a few miles here than somewhere close bc of how good it is, and how the coffee is persistent, good customer experience, clean store. You can taste the difference in quality here compared to other Dunkin’s. ?

“This is by far the best location of DD. I work all the way downtown Center City, and was going to the location near my job. However, since 66th is not far from me, I buy my coffee here. And Just heat it up once I get o work downtown. The workers are nice & sweet. The inside is clean, and it's never crowded. So this will for sure be my go to DD spot.“

“lol this has got to be the most efficient dunkin’ donuts in the history of dunkin’ donuts?? in the morning they’re always so quick it actually confuses me. great customer service and most morning they have a team member taking orders on an ipad outside and it seems to speed up the process tremendously.“

“This Dunkin’ is conveniently located right in front of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. If you’re planning to visit the Reading Terminal or the market, I suggest grabbing a drink here. However, I’ve had to wait a few times because the items I wanted were out of stock.“

“Grading on the curve of Dunkin’s, this is as good of a Dunkin as possible. Staff are friendly, helpful and try to get you through as quickly as possible. Often a bit swamped on a weekday morning but it would be more concerning if they weren’t.“

“When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“I had a nice time at dunkin' donuts this morning. My iced coffee was good but one thing that was bothering me was that it was extremely crowded inside of the dunkin' donuts and the employees were taking orders like one person's order every 5 minutes or“

“I go to this dunkin multiple times a day. Staff is always pleasant and respectful. Most know what I want or how to make my order when they see me, so that's always nice. They are accommodating if something runs out and they are kind to the local homeless community, which is a major plus.“

“Good evening Family. I ordered 2 coffees, one for myself and a friend. I ordered decaf med coffee, black with butter pecan and a regular coffee for friend, no cream or sugar. The young lady employee who assisted me was very nice and she had a friendly smile. I didn't wait long for my items. Parking is nonexistent here. Take a Lyft or Uber. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.“

“The staff here from my experience always get orders right. The coffee is fresh, the food is consistent, and they move fast even when it’s busy. The staff here is really great. They are always friendly, respectful, and on point with orders. You can tell they care about keeping things running smoothly. “This is the cleanest dunkin in Philly and I know this because I always get iced tea and anyone who gets iced tea regularly at chain coffee shops knows what I’m talking about. This location never lets me down. I also get breakfast sandwiches and they’re pretty good. Service is fast and friendly, the only slight complaint I have is after the renovation they got last year the lighting now is bright white and intense like a doctors office“

And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. You WILL be found out, sooner or later. But in the meantime, I hope you feel good about stealing from a kid. And to the Dunkin’ Donuts employee who assisted me over the phone and gave me advice, I want to sincerely thank you. I know that you were probably incredibly busy, but that didn’t stop you from being kind and compassionate and helpful. So thank you.“

“Some of the staff are friendly and other than that what can I say it's Dunkin' Donuts a bit pricey anymore. Most of the staff is friendly ran into one yesterday morning who looks to be Ukrainian or something the rest of them are Indian I bought two Donuts and she's looking at me and looking at the tip cup like I owed her something bad enough I paid almost $3 for two Donuts I'm not tipping you“

“The took away the sit in tables. Miss those tables. So people like to sit and drink there coffee and eat. Done do this while waiting for a bus. Even sitting down for a little too rest their feet from walking on the avenue. Bring those tables back“

“I've been going to this particular Dunkin Donuts for over 10 years. Overall, Dunkin has always had inconsistent quality across the entire franchise, but this spot is good in retrospect. The morning drive-thru greeter has always had an upbeat positive attitude, more than the other local options. The site is rather small, so the morning rush hour drive-thru lines get awkward fast as it starts to spill out into the main road. Atmosphere is rather limited as well as it's more of a come and go spot.“

“For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

“Anytime I am in here they are running around like a well oiled machine. The workers are very courteous at the register and food and coffee comes out quick and it’s always made well. Also my wife and I drink midnight coffee and they always make it fresh!!“

“This is one of my favorite Dunkins'. They are friendly, except for one of the ladies and they get my mobile order correct. I have only had maybe two times that it wasn't and they corrected the error right away. It's busy on weekday mornings but not too bad. Nice stop for breakfast.

“Dont be mis-taken, even Dunkin's taken ur money here. Limited Menu prices are 30% higher than most stores in area (luxury markup). Staff is courteous, efficient, and underpaid. Quite often DDapp incorrectly states they're closed.“

“This Dunkin is in a bad location so it's not really their fault for the atmosphere. (ie homeless and addicts everywhere). I ordered at the drive through window the food and coffee came out quick and hot. The employees were attentive and courteous. All in all not a bad place to grab a quick meal. I gave the one star on the food because to me for some reason this locations coffee seems weaker than others and each cup tastes different than the last. A lil consistency in coffee grounds, sugar and creamer would go a long way.“

“Everytime I'm here it's a pleasant experience. The transactions are smooth and timely. What I want is usually in supply. The strawberry coolata with hash browns is my favorite thing to get there. My kids love the donuts, of course, and sandwiches. It's clean and surprisingly quiet and calm considering the location (busy shopping plaza, heavily trafficked streets).“
