“This Dunkin is hands down the best Dunkin in philly. Since they opened back in 2020, it has been a neighborhood staple. They provide the most consistent food and service I have seen at a Dunkin' donuts. I am there almost every single morning for a cold brew and various food items. Staff and the manager specifically always recognize me and greet me by name, showing how amazing they are at their customer service. This staff and location are 1000000/10.“

“Grading on the curve of Dunkin’s, this is as good of a Dunkin as possible. Staff are friendly, helpful and try to get you through as quickly as possible. Often a bit swamped on a weekday morning but it would be more concerning if they weren’t.“

“I haven't had the best experiences here in the past so I stopped coming to this location but I noticed they are on Too Good to Go now so I decided to buy a bag from there. The guy working was really friendly when I came in and gave me a good variety of donuts. I'm glad they are participating with Too Good to Go and giving out a good variety of donuts.“

“This Dunkin’ is conveniently located right in front of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. If you’re planning to visit the Reading Terminal or the market, I suggest grabbing a drink here. However, I’ve had to wait a few times because the items I wanted were out of stock.“

“Only reason im giving 5 starts is because the girl that made me drink and food was amazing everyone else was to busy playing to take my order even had a very rude girl look right at me not say anything walk away and start talking to someone else then a guy finally asked if I had been helped after he was done joking and playing around do better and give the people that are actually there to work a raise.“

“This is the cleanest dunkin in Philly and I know this because I always get iced tea and anyone who gets iced tea regularly at chain coffee shops knows what I’m talking about. This location never lets me down. I also get breakfast sandwiches and they’re pretty good. Service is fast and friendly, the only slight complaint I have is after the renovation they got last year the lighting now is bright white and intense like a doctors office“

“Very small sized dunkin donuts building with many customers inside at times (both for mobile orders and standing in line at the register) but this place has been consistently good for me, at least. I always never had to wait too long in line and when I needed questions answered about deals or menu items, there was never any stalling for a clear, concise answer.“

“Sure, it's a standard Dunkin' coffee shop. But the seating area was surprisingly spacious and clean, offering a comfortable refuge from the weekday rain. It was a perfectly adequate stop for our group to regroup before heading back out.“

“I had a nice time at dunkin' donuts this morning. My iced coffee was good but one thing that was bothering me was that it was extremely crowded inside of the dunkin' donuts and the employees were taking orders like one person's order every 5 minutes or“

“Good place, gd service, haven't get any issues. They always make everything right. Also the coffee have the right sugar. I think is a china that most of the time is getting my order,most of the time she speak Spanish, lol I she talk clear and nice,I give her that.🌟“

“This is by far the best location of DD. I work all the way downtown Center City, and was going to the location near my job. However, since 66th is not far from me, I buy my coffee here. And Just heat it up once I get o work downtown. The workers are nice & sweet. The inside is clean, and it's never crowded. So this will for sure be my go to DD spot.“

“They are always extremely polite at the drive-thru. I always happen to have my Boston Terrier with me and they are always saying hi to him wanting to pet him. They also memorize my order after going there just a handful of times. Don't get discouraged by the area that it is in because this one will not let you down . You will leave with a smile and your order being exactly what you wanted and tasting better than you expected.“

“Good evening Family. I ordered 2 coffees, one for myself and a friend. I ordered decaf med coffee, black with butter pecan and a regular coffee for friend, no cream or sugar. The young lady employee who assisted me was very nice and she had a friendly smile. I didn't wait long for my items. Parking is nonexistent here. Take a Lyft or Uber. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.“

“Friday evening felt damp and chilly, so ducking into this Dunkin' was a welcome pause. The seating is what you'd expect, functional rather than fancy, but it beat standing around outside. It was busy, as expected, but we found a corner.“

“This is one of my fav locations because they make everything right. They actually use espresso in my espresso drinks instead of coffee (yes ppl can taste the difference between coffee and espresso bc other Dunkin locations/certain employees think that we can’t). The staff are nice and reasonable. If there is a mistake they fix it and they always look like they’re working as a team behind the counter. It’s always busy which sucks but they get through the line quick.“

“I am across the street doing laundry on a Sunday afternoon so I decided to cross the Street to visit and purchase some goodies at DUNKIN. Just got my hot sandwich with my refreshing Matcha and a wonderful customer service by the cashier that took care of me.
I know now and days we are going through things and having rough times but to be able to go into a location and make your purchase so smooth and happy with respectful and well mannered customer service is top-tier.

“I just want to give a big thanks to Kim and Ali and all the staff at this store. Kim greeted me and assisted me with great customer service. Her smile brightened the whole franchise. Ali jumped right into action by helping me to my car with the joe coffee and all the donuts I had just purchased. He also had a great smile and encouraged me to check out the points and the free offers I could get. I've noticed the entire atmosphere of the franchise. One young lady was cleaning and greeted me with a bright smile, and another young man was filling in coffee, and donuts had a great smile. This is a warm, comfortable atmosphere. “Good evening Family. I have visited many times in the past. I wanted a hot decaf coffee, medium, black with pumpkin swirl, so I stopped and purchased one. The young lady who assisted me at the register was nice and polite. I asked for change and she obliged. I paid by cash. The coffee is always delicious. Dunkin is my favorite for coffee. There was a bag in the vestibule of the Dunkin, it was black and it was large. I am wondering if it belonged to this young man who I saw walking around the parking lot and stopping near the Dunkin. I am hoping that all is well that turned out well. I had a good experience here today. “We love going here as our church is close by. The night supervisor here Jose and his staff are welcoming and give us good and prompt service. I have been coming faithfully to this store for more than 5 years and happy to see Jose is still here managing the store well. Mango Pineapple and Strawberry refresher is very good here. “For my work I sometimes I have to put in very large box of joe coffee and hot chocolate orders along with large orders for dozens of donuts. This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“

And good luck using any of her cards, because they have all been canceled and reported stolen. We are also aware of the last location in which you attempted to use one of the cards. “Some of the staff are friendly and other than that what can I say it's Dunkin' Donuts a bit pricey anymore. Most of the staff is friendly ran into one yesterday morning who looks to be Ukrainian or something the rest of them are Indian I bought two Donuts and she's looking at me and looking at the tip cup like I owed her something bad enough I paid almost $3 for two Donuts I'm not tipping you“

“This DD is good and reliable. I once ordered something that I did not know contained something I couldn't eat, both the cashier and the worker in the back alerted me. Its the extra care they showed me that really made me feel like they cared about me. I'd come back 100%.“

“The took away the sit in tables. Miss those tables. So people like to sit and drink there coffee and eat. Done do this while waiting for a bus. Even sitting down for a little too rest their feet from walking on the avenue. Bring those tables back“

“This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts in all of Philadelphia everyone in there is so nice and friendly. They always get to order right it’s very clean. I go here every morning at 5:30 in the morning and it’s just a wonderful atmosphere 100% better than Starbucks“

“I go to this dunkin multiple times a day. Staff is always pleasant and respectful. Most know what I want or how to make my order when they see me, so that's always nice. They are accommodating if something runs out and they are kind to the local homeless community, which is a major plus.“

“This is one of my favorite Dunkins'. They are friendly, except for one of the ladies and they get my mobile order correct. I have only had maybe two times that it wasn't and they corrected the error right away. It's busy on weekday mornings but not too bad. Nice stop for breakfast.

“I’m probably their most frequent customer because it’s right on my way to work. I’m almost always in and out of the drive through within 5 minutes, even when there’s a long line. Occasionally I order 2 dozen doughnuts, a party sized coffee or a dozen bagels, etc. for work, and they are always just as quick at getting my order. They have also never messed up my order before, and I’ve been going here for like 8 years.“

“They just remodeled and opened not too long ago so I decided to stop and get a coffee. It was so nice and clean in there. They gave an area where you can sit down and enjoy your items. A new employee was training when I ordered, she was really nice and friendly. Customer service is very important especially when you are ordering food. My coffee was free because of their rewards. I'd go back for coffee and more.“

He also assisted me with my gasoline ⛽ purchase. I didn't like that they have no restrooms for customers. Both restrooms were for employees only. I remembered to ask for my senior discount. “Every Saturday I get breakfast and coffee at this Dunkin. It's always the same two people working there on Saturday mornings, and they work hard. The woman running register and handling coffee and donuts and the man handling food and jumping in elsewhere as needed are both incredible at their jobs. My order is always correct. It gets busy in here (especially after 8:30), so there is sometimes a wait, but they handle it with grace. You can tell they are working as fast as they can, yet their order accuracy is always immaculate. They are also super nice people. Definitely my favorite location. If it's busy, please just be patient and don't give them a hard time.“
