If you regularly go to Dunkin’ Donuts you know that sometimes you get good service and sometimes it’s terrible. Unfortunately this one was one of the bad. If you’re gonna work the window I feel like you should have good knowledge of the menu and at least understand the common language spoken of your customers. I love their coffee and app deals. Nice staff. Convenient on the avenue.Parking: Small shared lot, but that's a luxury for Frankford Ave storefronts.Kid-friendliness: Kids with parents.Wheelchair accessibility: There is an integrated walkway.

I love their iced coffee in their tea. They’re donuts is OK. I wish it was fresh like Krispy Kreme but it’s not. It’s still good donuts it’s all right. Love the Boston Kreme dough.
