The other day I stopped by this Dunkin, and I don't usually come here. A sweet girl wearing glasses helped me out — she was super patient and even gave me her opinion on a few items.
She had such a beautiful smile and honestly made my whole evening after a rough day. I even came back the next day at 7 pm before work hoping to see her again, but she wasn't there. Great workers here, really appreciate the kindness.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very kind worker I believe her name was Zikra (I’m pretty sure it started with a Z). Every time I come by to place an order, she’s always so welcoming and takes great care with each and every customer.
I did notice, though, that it seems like she’s handling a lot of the workload herself. I’m not sure what’s going on behind the scenes, but the work should definitely be divided more fairly, especially for hardworking employees...read full review
This is my second time coming to this Dunkin those times the experience has been good with customer service. I just went through the drive-thru and there was an African-American kid with dreads and he was so sweet. Ended the conversation with “I hope you have a blessed one.” Made my morning. Kindness goes a long way.
