Service was horrible ? no customer service skills ? they gave me the wrong order!!! I speak, clear plain English; they need to hire people who speak English and understand English! Especially, the person, working the counter ? I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ? AND I'LL BE TELLING OTHER PEOPLE, ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCES!

I love their iced coffee in their tea. They’re donuts is OK. I wish it was fresh like Krispy Kreme but it’s not. It’s still good donuts it’s all right. Love the Boston Kreme dough.

If you regularly go to Dunkin’ Donuts you know that sometimes you get good service and sometimes it’s terrible. Unfortunately this one was one of the bad. If you’re gonna work the window I feel like you should have good knowledge of the menu and at least understand the common language spoken of your customers. I’m not even trying to be rude/racist.. just some common sense of running a business or at least what I think running a successful business should be. It took an additional 5-10 min to add a med iced latte and the dirty looks I got from these employees really set me off this morning.. because I simply added a commonly ordered item that they probably make 50000000 times a day and they made it such a difficult process. I’m driving making this review because of how much this interaction pissed me off.

Made a mobile order 5 minutes before arriving.. When I got to the window they didn't have my order so she asked to see my phone.. I showed it to her then she came back and wanted to see it again to check the location.. After she confirmed that it was correct she left only to come back and need my phone for a 3rd time! This time the MANAGER wanted to see the date, as if I was trying to scam for a $3 drink !?!? After all that and the better part of 5 minutes she then returns and hands me my beverage well almost I. I guess in the confusion of not being able to find my order and reviewing my phone the 3 times they did ,nobody was worried about making sure they actually knew what I ordered it was only important to make sure I paid.. What I ordered and paid for was a signature iced caramel latte which would've been made with expresso. What I received was a watered down over iced iced coffee with caramel in it.... The line was fway to long extending out the driveway and who knows how far down the street and the Libby was closed for some kind of construction so I could not have circled back nor would I of had I even had the time to... I find this to be very offensive, embarrassing and inconvenient to me and all the people waiting behind me for 5 minutes like I had some huge order being filled.. It was 1 beverage that Iplaced and paid for in advance . . Not a good experience at all, get it together dunkin!
