Not sure where the good reviews come from. Insanely busy and the staff cannot handle it. The coffee always taste funny (i wind up getting from dunkins all over the city and in bensalem due to my job). This dunkin just soured me for the last time. I walked out just before the 15th minute after a simple large coffee mobile order not being made yet. They can not handle their flow and have the most employees i have ever seen in 1 location. So I usually LOVE this DD... I visit it 3-5 days a week and order three EXACT same thing every day. I order my coffee with a Coconut shot in it, not Coconut Caramel which is a flavor swirl they have available. There is a young guy who works the drive through a lot who refuses to realize he isn’t hearing me say the word CARAMEL at all and have input the wrong flavor in the computer multiple times recently.
