I ordered an iced matcha latte with lite ice, as I always do, only this time it was filled 3/4 to the top. I asked why it wasn’t filled all the way up and manager responded, “This is how it’s always been done.” That’s news to me!I’m wondering what the policy is if I order no ice ??

I come in every morning for my ice coffee and I have to say the staff is always amazing and friendly. Taylor, Christian and Donavan are the absolute best. If I knew the rest of the staff I would name them all.

There’s a guy, not sure of his name but he is blonde/ginger with a beard and calls everybody “hun”. He is one of your best workers! It could be 5:30 AM and he is so pleasant and kind! Give him a raise or promotion because he is a gem!

Not sure where the good reviews come from. Insanely busy and the staff cannot handle it. The coffee always taste funny (i wind up getting from dunkins all over the city and in bensalem due to my job). This dunkin just soured me for the last time. I walked out just before the 15th minute after a simple large coffee mobile order not being made yet. They can not handle their flow and have the most employees i have ever seen in 1 location. Its so embarrasing how they can't get it right

This place has been slipping ever since they added the 2nd drive though. Last week I ordered a hot tea, extra extra. Recieved a coffee. Yesterday I ordered 10 munchkins and a tea. Get handed a coffee. Ask for tea. They switch it out. Look in the bag and find 2 jelly doughnuts. Today I order a coffee black with sugar. Guy asks "no cream?" I reply "no cream". Recieve a coffee with cream.
