Dunkin' provides a welcoming atmosphere, with polite and friendly employees, like Dave, who offer great customer service. The staff are professional, fast, and patient, making it a kid-friendly environment. The restaurant also has a nice event space with a skilled bartender and server. However, some customers have experienced unfriendly service from certain staff members.
