I order at this location every morning, the morning manager lady is very rude & usually I overlook it but as of recently I’ve been fed up with her nasty attitude. You work in the business of servicing people, it’s your job to show hospitality.

Yesterday around 4:30, an employee named Dave took my order, he was very polite, made some jokes and prepared my order as fast as possible. I definitely recommend this Dunkin Donuts.?

When I try to go inside they tell me to go to the pickup window, when I go to the pickup window they tell me I need to go inside. What’s the point of a pick up window then if they can’t hand me my online order two inches away from them? I thought it’d be the right thing to do since I been sick with Covid for the past week but nah, come right inside and make everyone sick because we couldn’t reach over and hand you your warm ice coffee.

It was a nice event space the server and bartender were the same young lady and she has good customer service skills! She was very patient and good at multitasking.

They only got half my order. The young man looked half asleep. Read my order back to me and only gave us half. Our coffee was a cup of sugar with a drop of coffee. Terrible. And sad because was excited to have my family over and they usually love DD but not anymore !!!
