Dunkin' has a limited menu with higher prices compared to other stores in the area. The staff is courteous and efficient, but there may be a lack of communication with customers. Occasionally, the restaurant is closed despite being listed as open 24 hours. There have been instances of feeling judged while waiting in line. The restaurant is located in a casino area and allows customers to drink coffee on the casino floor or food court.
