“I went to get a coffee after work and was greeted so nicely by Akeem. I feel like customer service sucks now a days but he made me smile at the end of my long work day. Have to give credit when credit is due! Will def be back to this Dunkin’ because of him! No matter how small people can make a difference in some ones day!“

“I dont want to put too much blame on the store for today's service but they are struggling with the other Balt Pike location being closed. I guess they don't get much business on a normal day so the crush from the other store is making a difference.Where I do fault them is the other store has been closed for 2 weeks and they haven't adjusted. The manager was all over the place and on the surface it looked like he was helping but I think it was more of a hindrance. He would ask a customer what they were waiting for and walk away half way through the response. The ticket system was a mess and they didn't even have tickets for half of the orders.Hopefully they can reassess how they approach the morning rush... or the other place opened back up soon.“
