So today I went into the Dunkin on Cecil b more and the lady was rude as hell to me I walked in and said hello can I have a small coffee and before I could finish my order she cuts me off and was like well hello and one of the other employees heard me say hello but she didn’t and I was standing rite in front of her so she continued to be rude so I said never mind I don’t want anything anymore and that she needs to fix her attitude because that’s not how u speak to someone when ur doing customer service seem like she was having a bad day but that dot give u the rite to take it out on the customer because I didn’t do it she’s black with individuals in her hair

This is my favorite Dunkin' in Philly! One of the managers is super nice and will always make sure your order is correct and you leave with a smile. Drinks and food are great, and everyone here works hard, especially with the amount of traffic they get here.

It was kinda okay. it wasn't at its best. I helped run a DUNKIN group, and we spend a lot of money on you' Dunkin' so we know what's phenomenal and what's just barely there. And their defense, this was the day of EID, so there were so many people.It was a mad rush.I guess it just got the best of them.

Everytime I get a coffee from here it is always inconsistent. I also had went in to get a doughnut and the two workers there had the worst attitude. They were rushing us and being mean. As I get it must have been a hard day but to give the worst attitude made me not wanna go anymore. Also most workers were just standing around and talking. Why is it this dunkin has no uniforms compared to all the other ones around?

Only go here bc it’s only Dunkin within walking distance. They forget something from your order 70% the time for takeout and 100% of the time for delivery. Nobody gives a shit in there.

I do not recommend this dunkin. They served us quickly but the employees were very smoked and the others went to the bathroom. I placed my order and while waiting I asked about the bathroom and was told it was for employees only. And they didn't let me use the bathroom. I will not return to this place.
