I do not recommend this dunkin. They served us quickly but the employees were very smoked and the others went to the bathroom. I placed my order and while waiting I asked about the bathroom and was told it was for employees only. And they didn't let me use the bathroom. I will not return to this place.

The employees are always really nice in this dunkin but the actual place does have flys flying around and the donut case is just open. They make the drinks pretty fast overall a good dunkin

I been going to the Dunkin on 14th and Cecil B Moore ave for sometime I work overnight so when I get off that's my go to for coffee, the lady that works in the morning on the weekend, heavy set lady, can be rude and ignorant at times, so ... I will no longer be going to this joint.

The service and order was completed correctly!!! However the air was not working the waiting/pickup area was so hot I was ready to leave. I can't imagine how it would feel in the heat of the day!! Horrible to have them working in those type of conditions during a heat wave. I prat no one gets sick or passes out.

The worst Dunkin’ in america ordered 3 drinks among the 3 of us stood there for half an hour before a worker finally asked us if he had ordered anything (he was the only worker that was remotely friendly) then just made it in 3 minutes on the fly. Then after that the drinks were garbage
