I used to come here all the time! Service used to be quite speedy and high quality.
But this is the drink I got today! It wasn’t filled all the way, which I’ve honestly never seen before and was pretty shocked. I’ll probably go to a different Dunkin instead now.

Regular customer from the university I do notice the poor service but it’s literally across the street so I download the app to make it easier on me, I ordered 12 pcs of hash browns but only got 8 they shorted me and still put it on the shelf like it was done and I paid full price, didn’t communicate with a customer that spends about 100 a week (don’t judge) but since that final straw I have not gone back work too hard for my money to be played with

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of months almost everyday because is very close to my work. I always order the same drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful except for the supervisor (megi). She is very rude and has an attitude. Even if someone else is making my drink she will go and grab it from them and makes it herself and the drink never tastes good.
