I used to come here all the time! Service used to be quite speedy and high quality.
But this is the drink I got today! It wasn’t filled all the way, which I’ve honestly never seen before and was pretty shocked. I’ll probably go to a different Dunkin instead now.

Regular customer from the university I do notice the poor service but it’s literally across the street so I download the app to make it easier on me, I ordered 12 pcs of hash browns but only got 8 they shorted me and still put it on the shelf like it was done and I paid full price, didn’t communicate with a customer that spends about 100 a week (don’t judge) but since that final straw I have not gone back work too hard for my money to be played with

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of months almost everyday because is very close to my work. I always order the same drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful except for the supervisor (megi). She is very rude and has an attitude. Even if someone else is making my drink she will go and grab it from them and makes it herself and the drink never tastes good.

I order avocado toast with bacon via app. They never give you your monies worth and the bread is hard most times. I only order from here because it’s next door to where I work, and I don’t have time to make anything in the morning. The only thing I recommend getting from here is donuts, but sometimes they don’t even have a decent selection. It’s also so crowded that people are outside waiting for orders. This location should be larger because they have so much traffic.

Rude service. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich with bacon and when I got back to the office, I discovered there was no bacon on my sandwich. I went back to show them and they said since I took it out, there’s nothing they can do about it because I could’ve taken the bacon off myself before coming back. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard, I well not be coming back and encourage others not to.
