Went thru the Drive thru and double checked Google and the front door. Lobby closed at 7, drive thru was open until 8. It was 7:50. No one answered the drive thru. They had a customer standing in the drive thru getting her Mobile app order. Lady opened the window and told me that they close every day at 7:45. That is not what Google or the door says. Look, I work retail, and I get wanting to leave and go home early, but you have to follow posted hours and you can't have a another customer literally standing in the drive thru.

I normally come to this location and have no issues but this afternoon on Memorial Day I waited almost 15 minutes for my drive through order. I only waited because I paid through the app. After I waited at the ordering speaker with no response I pulled around to the window for an employee to tell me that the another employee was in the bathroom and he was waiting on her. Now I get it a bubbly stomach may happen at anytime so ok. Now I’m hoping said employee washes her hands. Then when she finally comes she proceeds to tell me about the donuts I ordered being out. What pissed me off was there was no “thank you for waiting”, or “I apologize for the wait” nothing. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if she would have acknowledged that I was waiting on her. This industry is getting so far away from basic customer service. Throwing in two extra donuts without acknowledging a service disruption is not ok either.

I sent my spouse in and he paid with my Dunkin rewards app. He ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a large hot latte Carmel swirl this morning at Dunkin On hunting park ave in Philadelphia. Since I’m at work he brought it to me. He said the lines were crazy and was waiting since 7:52 am to finally place his order at 8:01 am. Order number #5146 for reference. He had a receipt and they gave him the wrong order they gave him an iced latte instead of hot. He advised the lady there and she corrected the drink and kept the receipt. So I don’t have the receipt since they kept the original receipt. But I’m writing this complaint because the bagel was burnt the seeds from the everything bagel was all burnt out and I tried to ignore it and take a bite because I was hungry but the bagel was stale as well. It feels like I’m chewing gum or something with the way it is so stale. I tried to call the store and it was disconnected that’s why I’m writing this complaint. Also attached is a photo of the burnt stale bagel.

Been here on two occasions and the same BEC sandwich differed on how I got it. First time the bagel was barely toasted and tasted more soft compared to the second time where the bagel was hard as a rock. Got a bagel with cream cheese on one of the orders and wrapping had cheese and gauc on it somehow but the amount of cream cheese that was put onto the bagel was disrespectful and barely any was used. Service was alright, with a little more organization with what's happening this could be a great place.

Dunkin on 221 w hunting park ave is the worst I’ve ever been to. This morning at about 8:01am I arrive via uber to pick up my pre ordered frozen caramel coffee; 3 donuts and 2 hash browns and my order wasn’t even started; there wasn’t any customers in the establishment and the drive thru didn’t seem very busy and there was at least 5 staff members all chatting it up and one of them was standing on tall/ shelf all the way in the back left and they girl was taking her sweet time asking where the ice is. My uber had to leave so I was forced to leave without my paid for coffee which isn’t cheap. Later today about 12:35pm I ordered uber eats and the driver arrived with a partial order and of course there was no vanilla bean coolatta but I was charged 13 plus dollars so I refused the order. This Dunkin was running like a well oiled machine about a month or 2 ago and now it’s a bunch of young kids/ immature adults who play too much. I won’t waste my time with Dunkin anymore.

I hate when I patiently wait for my food, and it's undercooked, or cold. Most times the food is good but not today, this like the 2nd or 3rd time no love was used to make the meal. Cold food sucks if you didn't know that, why would I like cold food.

The staff changes constantly, I pay for a certain about of caramel flavor syrup and my morning coffee doesn’t taste anything like I want it. Then when I go in the afternoon they never have caramel syrup and I’m like yall ain’t putting it in my coffee even when I’m paying for it, so where is all the caramel going cause it certainly ain’t going in my damn coffee. I usually get an XL, so when they don’t have XL cups they just give you a L, and no credit offered.
Parking: People just park however, taking more than one spot, traffic cuts through the parking lot to get to the other side and they be speeding

Was there yesterday,left my wallet there yesterday,went back 4 hr later tracing all the places that I had visited, it was found by a spanish young servers,she was holding my wallet with all the money and documents intactact,and she refused to take a reward money,you don't see that honesty any more, FANTASTIC>
