The workers at this Dunkin are kind, patient, and caring. They work so hard and handle so much. I really appreciate their effort.

Stopped here before I went to get my baby girl Freya from ACCTPHILLY but my Moms food was totally disgusting and messed up and my Drink wasn’t correctly made either…

WORST place ever and their manager goes right along with it. You can tell this is the only real job she had. NO costumer service at all. Place an order and after being told 4 times that they were working on my order, they then decided to say we do not have anything that i ordered. Make it make sense. The manger did not want to give me my refund or substitute my items. She is as ignorant as they come saying she sexy and she going to fight and then gave out her address ! If i could give it NEGATIVE stars i would! Beware when ordering from this place it sucks and it will not start your morning right !!

This is my favorite Dunkin location, I actually go out of my way some mornings just to stop here. I'm really not a morning person so Im usually kind of grumpy and groggy, stopping at this location really brightens my day. The staff here is always laughing and smiling and offers to take my order so that my not yet caffeinated brain doesn't have to navigate that god awful kiosk (thank God for the human factor here) they don't get ishy when I need to customize my coffee or make special requests. It is great to see how the team gets along together and besides their great customer experience they give off happy workplace vibes, something you don't see often these days. Thanks for the morning smiles and caffeinated cheer guys!! You are appreciated!

The place was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was very early in the morning so there weren't a lot of customers and I was helped right away. The gentleman who served me was friendly and proficient. I think that even during peak hours customers are probably in and out relatively quickly which is always important.

Every time I come to this Dunkin, there’s always an issue. They don’t have certain donuts or they don’t have certain cups sizes. Long wait. Don’t have the ingredients, ignorant staff.

Went thru the Drive thru and double checked Google and the front door. Lobby closed at 7, drive thru was open until 8. It was 7:50. No one answered the drive thru. They had a customer standing in the drive thru getting her Mobile app order. Lady opened the window and told me that they close every day at 7:45. That is not what Google or the door says. Look, I work retail, and I get wanting to leave and go home early, but you have to follow posted hours and you can't have a another customer literally standing in the drive thru.

I normally come to this location and have no issues but this afternoon on Memorial Day I waited almost 15 minutes for my drive through order. I only waited because I paid through the app. After I waited at the ordering speaker with no response I pulled around to the window for an employee to tell me that the another employee was in the bathroom and he was waiting on her. Now I get it a bubbly stomach may happen at anytime so ok. Now I’m hoping said employee washes her hands. Then when she finally comes she proceeds to tell me about the donuts I ordered being out. What pissed me off was there was no “thank you for waiting”, or “I apologize for the wait” nothing. I wouldn’t even be writing this review if she would have acknowledged that I was waiting on her. This industry is getting so far away from basic customer service. Throwing in two extra donuts without acknowledging a service disruption is not ok either.

I sent my spouse in and he paid with my Dunkin rewards app. He ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and a large hot latte Carmel swirl this morning at Dunkin On hunting park ave in Philadelphia. Since I’m at work he brought it to me. He said the lines were crazy and was waiting since 7:52 am to finally place his order at 8:01 am. Order number #5146 for reference. He had a receipt and they gave him the wrong order they gave him an iced latte instead of hot. He advised the lady there and she corrected the drink and kept the receipt. So I don’t have the receipt since they kept the original receipt. But I’m writing this complaint because the bagel was burnt the seeds from the everything bagel was all burnt out and I tried to ignore it and take a bite because I was hungry but the bagel was stale as well. It feels like I’m chewing gum or something with the way it is so stale. I tried to call the store and it was disconnected that’s why I’m writing this complaint. Also attached is a photo of the burnt stale bagel.
They mostly get my food wrong every time, but it's my favorite one because of the staff and it's right across from my church.
