I ordered the brown sugar espresso they put so much ice it’s crazy. I used to work in fast food and I know that is done so they can save a little on food costs. So basically they are cheating the customer. The person who made it was an Asian woman, I believe she is the manager. My sandwich was good but I won’t be going back. You lost a customer for life at that location.

I ordered an everything bagel toasted dark with strawberry cream cheese but they gave me one not toasted with plain cream cheese. I don’t like plain cream cheese at all! Totally inconvenient 🙄

This establishment is called Dunkin Donuts but it's anything but. Everyone I go here there's always a shortage of doughnut variety. Today they only had a whopping selection of just 5 different doughnuts. Disappointed to say the least.

The young man who served me is rude, I understand that perhaps he does not speak another language but if one tries to communicate through a translator he must provide good service, I will not say his name out of respect but he is black......and I think If you work in establishments like this you must be friendly.....so talk to this person so that she can provide good service.
