If you go past 9 pm I’ve been told there is no coffee several times. Today I was told the same. This is the third time in the past month. Very unprofessional and incorrect. The hours are also incorrect. Again it should say 8pm closed.

I started to come to this Dunkin for two months but Every time I come in for my coffee every day I hear the same thing over and over again from the same worker in that store that she is tired of taking orders. She is always nasty when I come in. Always complains about doing her job. Always talking in Spanish. Yall needs to work on her and her customer service. And my food is always overcooked. My coffee always tastes burnt. Yall need to work on certain workers on taking orders and food making. And make sure they're not racist.

Came in this morning for a medium hot coffee only two customers ahead of me was served quick when it came to me they made me pay for coffee and it took forever and a day to even start I purposely watched them and I was waiting for bus because I was not trying to be late the morning staff on sat, December, 2 ,2023 I would fire them all

One of my favorite Dunkin's in the Northeast (Philadelphia), but the one bad thing is the riff raff that is outside the doors bothering the people either by asking for money and/or having unwanted chats just to give them money. Management needs to have them go away before its customers find another place to go.

The manager is not a professional, they need to teach the employees how to use the application in the dunking app the employees always say I don’t know how to use the app but if they work there they should know.. sorry but they need more reunions and classes how to use they own Dunkin’ app
