Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL service. We ordered Munchkins and drinks from the self-service machine, not realizing the Munchkins were out of stock—there was no clear notice, just a tiny 2-inch handwritten sticky note that was easy to miss. The machine didn’t show they were unavailable either.
When we went to the counter, we were met with EYE ROLLS, LOUD SIGNS, AND PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE COMPLAINTS about how we were “creating extra work.” All we did was politely ask for a simple solution: either a refund (which they they couldn’t process) or an upgrade to our drink—a very reasonable request under the circumstances. INSTEAD, WE WERE TREATED WITH OPEN HOSTILITY.
This level of disrespect toward customers is UNACCEPTABLE. If you're having a bad day, that’s not an excuse to take it out on others. We expect this store’s management to take action and seriously address the behavior of the two staff members involved. No customer should be made to feel like they’re a nuisance for simply asking for what they paid for.
Dunkin’ needs to do better—this location should not tolerate this kind of treatment

Went Mar 14 '25. The black midnight coffee tastes a bit watered down, not full bodied, but this is a good Dunkin- clean and fine atmosphere.

I used to go to Dunkin' with my father as a young kid and it isn't the same Dunkin' as those memories now. I used to love the munchkins and strawberry flavored icing and sprinkles on donuts. Now I don't like any of it. I suspect they cheaped out on the ingredients and the taste of everything has suffered
