Went Mar 14 '25. The black midnight coffee tastes a bit watered down, not full bodied, but this is a good Dunkin- clean and fine atmosphere.

I used to go to Dunkin' with my father as a young kid and it isn't the same Dunkin' as those memories now. I used to love the munchkins and strawberry flavored icing and sprinkles on donuts. Now I don't like any of it. I suspect they cheaped out on the ingredients and the taste of everything has suffered

This review is for the Dunkin Donuts in the Amtrak 30th & Market St. location!!!!
The food was disgusting!!!!!! The hash browns were burned!!! The breakfast sandwich I had was bacon egg on a croissant and the egg tasted like day old and the bacon was just plan disgusting and the bread was burnt!!!! Save your money. The coffee was perfect. But please don’t buy food here unless you’re willing to waste your money.

Listen ordering ahead is pointless it's still wrong not ready or just missing. I expect cleaner at the location too. Never had even average customer service. They're so busy being rude to the kids from SLAMS they think they can talk to adults the same way. Never should a donut be stale at 10am.

I ordered a coffee today thru mobile orders. I went to get it it wasn’t there. I asked the lady if they could make it and she was confused as if that’s an abnormal request. She called someone else and that lady didn’t even listen to me she kept saying “call customer service mobile order” in a very rude matter! And basically didn’t even try to understand the issue. Disgusting behaviour if you don’t want to work just sit home and don’t show us your ugly attitude!! Zero stars shame on you

This is the worsting have ever seen this location. The lady n the kitchen never changes her gloves. I have literally seen her touch pork and turkey with the same gloves. I AM MUSLIM THIS IS A BIG HARD NO FOR ME. Also over heard the owner or DM you can tell she was hire up telling the manager to fire the black people and hire more white and Chinese people. Smmfh. I’ll never come back there again.
