This place never has a working bathroom barely has any tables, and has rat’s nesting outside the building and trash bins. This is disturbing im terrified of rats! There’s a lot of trash outside building perimeter. I go every morning and this was never an issue before needs to be resolved

The servers are great, fast, an courteous. We always come in for a latte hot or cold when we’re in the area. Good service, I always leave them a tip cause I see they’re fast, and how hard it is, but they handle it making sure ppl are served with coffee on time. I appreciate that. Thank you to the them all at this particular DD❣️
The ethics of the $50.00 that they do not accept from 6 onwards total, we went to McDonald's, there they received it

If I could give this location no stars I would in a heartbeat. I was homeless for two weeks and living in my car until my new apartment was available. I ordered some breakfast and coffee at 7:30 am and sat in the store to charge my phone. Then I went to my car and sat there waiting for the dollar tree to open. They opened and I bought some things that I needed and sat in my car for an hour. Then I went back into the Dunkin donuts and the manager was like oh you back?!! Why did you come back?? Sorry I didn't realize there was a limit on how many times you could support a business....The next day I went at night time and the night crew were just talking poorly about the customers that entered the establishment. They were cursing and very loud. There was trash all over the tables and crumbs on the floor. Then when I left the girl came to poke her head out the window to look at me.

Everything was ok until a dog walked in with its owner who had been outside opening the front door. I dont want dog fur in my coffee or food. Im not sure if I will return.

It's always packed but service is always on point and fast everything you wish for they have I love me a vanilla bean colada a lot of places don't or see the machine isn't working they ALWAYS have it....
