I been through the drive thru a couple times. The worker moves very slow. Very slow to take orders. Slow processing the order. If your not late getting to work them moving slow will make you late. And this is with or without a long line. 2 or 3 cars ahead of me wait time shouldn't feel like eternity. For now on I'll go out my way and go to another DD.

They are always extremely polite at the drive-thru. I always happen to have my Boston Terrier with me and they are always saying hi to him wanting to pet him. They also memorize my order after going there just a handful of times. Don't get discouraged by the area that it is in because this one will not let you down . You will leave with a smile and your order being exactly what you wanted and tasting better than you expected.

I just left their establishment, and I’m honestly appalled by what I witnessed. There was an older lady asking for service, and when she seemed to misunderstand something, both the cashier and the manager treated her very rudely. The way they spoke to her was completely uncalled for. No one deserves to be treated that way—especially not an elderly person. I would never want anyone to treat my own mother the way they treated that poor lady. I’ll be keeping them in prayer, but that level of disrespect was truly disappointing.

I go here often to sit and snack between errands. The staff are always in a good mood and joking with each other and the food always comes out fast. No one minds when my partner takes his insulin before he eats, or if we hang out a while. The store is clean enough, floor gets gross sometimes but it's a coffee shop, so.

This place never has a working bathroom barely has any tables, and has rat’s nesting outside the building and trash bins. This is disturbing im terrified of rats! There’s a lot of trash outside building perimeter. I go every morning and this was never an issue before needs to be resolved
