Everything was ok until a dog walked in with its owner who had been outside opening the front door. I dont want dog fur in my coffee or food. Im not sure if I will return.

**PLEASE READ** This place is the best in the mornings till 12pm. The best place to get coffee and friendly workers!!! The best! BUT!! At night around 5pm - 9pm is when it's not a good time to Order coffee because sometimes they don't listen at all. I told them I wanted a Spiced Cookie Iced coffee. They gave me some weird drink with gingerbread sugar drink which I said it ain't the right order. They said, "yea this is the one and i don't know what spiced cookie iced coffee is." And I'm like it's literally on the menu. They called the person that took my order, the person was on the phone. That's when I knew the person didn't take my order right and didn't listen to what I said because at the drive thru, the person got my order completely wrong and didn't really listen. I recommended not getting coffee here at night sometimes.

I love their coffee just right when you need that extra wake me upper. And their sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. Is so good with the coffee and the hash browns Wow!! Enjoy.??

Horrible customer service especially from a worker named Charlie. He usually is in the kitchen and he burnt my bagel once, never again.Update: lines were long but he still managed to laugh and chat with his co workers

They definitely need to add more chai tea flavor to their drinks. The chai latte is not a cheap drink and everytime I make a purchase, it's scary because you don't know if they will put in enough to be able to taste it in there. Purchased a frozen chai latte today and it taste like pure water. No chai flavor at all. The hot chai drinks are even worse. If there is a place that has the best flavorful chai teas, please let me know because this place is not it!
