Love it here.
Would’ve given 0 stars. Kitchen closed at 6:15 pm store closes at 7:30 pm. Example of workers running store to the ground!

I gave them a passa few months ago but I'm done! This Dunkin is in a great location but their breakfast sandwiches are terrible. If you're going to patronize their business, only get a drink. My sandwich had a raw pcs of bacon & it was folded in the middle of the sandwich. I wish I would've opened it prior to me getting to work. This happened a few months ago & I gave them the benefit of the doubt! I'm done... I'm trying to upload a pic for everyone to see! Terrible

I went to this location on Saturday June 7, 2025 between 11-12 in the morning. First of all, that place is too small and they are not that busy for there to be all those people working there. The only busy thing is the drive thru so you shouldn’t need 8-10 people. Secondly, the cashier was really nice but messed up my order twice. I asked for 2 orders of bagel bites but she only gave me one and I had to order another one. I also order a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel but it didn’t have bacon. When I got my food, I was checking my bag to make sure I had everything. The guy in the kitchen shouted in a very sarcastic tone,” Everything is in there”. Like he was offended that I checked. Well not everything was in there so I had to order another bagel bites. I asked for a cardboard carrier for my frozen chocolates, and was looked at like they didn’t want to give it to me. Now I understand why I see the lease sign in the front of the building. This location is horrible, I should’ve went to the one at Bridge and Pratt.
Great service and great staff
I go to this dunkin multiple times a day. Staff is always pleasant and respectful. Most know what I want or how to make my order when they see me, so that's always nice. They are accommodating if something runs out and they are kind to the local homeless community, which is a major plus.
Came here during the evening and the person who was working was so rude. When we got to the drive through window, there was no greeting. Worker seemed irritated we even went close to closing hours and coffee turned out terrible. Cold brew did not have any mocha like we asked.
Love Dunkin donuts coffee the only bad part about it is you never get the same cup of coffee

On September 28, 2024 me and my friend was in a car driving in to the place so I can get something and this white boy that worked there hit my car and started yelling at me for no reason. And he is still working there I will be suing this place for harassment
