On Halloween …….Horrible people working here I stopped for a hot chocolate and after I paid I was standing and waiting for my drink and a father and his daughter walked in and came up to the counter and the kid said to the lady working behind the counter trick or treat and the lady working said I don’t have any candy would you like a spider donut the kid said sure and that was her first stop for the night for trick or treating but what the people working did not know is I also had my kids in the car so when I got my order I went out and told them about it and told them to go in and trick or treat real quick they are giving out spider donuts my kids came back to car without a spider donut and told me the people working told them no they cannot have anything for trick or treating so I went in and told them that ain’t rite you just gave a kid a donut but tell my kids no that ain’t cool and I’m not about to let that fly that’s a cruel thing to do to 2 little kids ages 5-8 these people have no soul and there hot chocolate sucked and the donuts were stale anyway boycott this place they pick and choose which kids to let trick or treat depending on the race of the kids

Man who made my iced tea afterwards moved over to register to wait on a customer then didn't wash his hands put on gloves and went on to make 2 sandwiches. Disgusting!!! If you touch money you wash your hands before putting gloves on before preparing food.

Worst Dunkin in Philly, they don’t even know how to make a signature caramel latte iced. Should have whip cream and caramel on top and they tell you know. Every other Dunkin’ Donuts does. Rude service find another Dunkin or better yet go to Starbucks.

Anytime I am in here they are running around like a well oiled machine. The workers are very courteous at the register and food and coffee comes out quick and it’s always made well. Also my wife and I drink midnight coffee and they always make it fresh!!
